Slightly room and outdoor areas improvement, pool pretty nice

Staffs very helpful and friendly! Especially the one who we called her ‘Sis’. The room was very nice and clean. Great place for family that come with their children because it is a quite place and a little bit far from the beach ( 3km ). Don’t worry if you are hungry or want to buy something, you can walk less than a minute to Super Cheap 24hrs market. Really cheap!

Would not recommend to those who wants to do activity at the beach or want to explore Ao nang. Hotel location is way too far and impossible to walk due to dark streets. However, they do have free bus rides to and fro from the beach but only on certain timing. If you miss the bus or can’t catch the bus, a tuk tuk will cost you 200-500Baht for 2 person depending who you ask. Bed is decent but there are no english channel tv at all.

However, location is near the pier so if you are traveling straight to Phi phi or other island the next day then is a great location. There are no proper food along the streets but a supermarket called “supercheap” for instant noodle, beer, munchies and tolietries. They sell much cheaper beer compared to the hotel. (35Baht at super cheap and 55Baht at the hotel)

I stayed up at the bungolow and is really inconvenient. There’s no phone to call the reception. So if you require something, you will have to climb all the way down the hill for a towel etc. Not suitable for families. Fridge will turn off once the contactless card is remove from the slot so there’s no point keeping ur beer, drinks or food cold. (Sub cards doesn’t work). Aircon turn off at midnight too and tons of bugs and ants.

Overall, will not recommend this hotel for first timer in Krabi unless you are leaving for island hopping the very next day. Pool is not inviting either.

Great location and the room and pool were great! Hard to find staff if you were looking to talk to someone, and beds were a little hard (same as anywhere in Thailand), but overall very happy with our stay. Could walk to beach/shopping/food.

Trevlig personal, stället ser ut som på bilderna. Helt okej kan man säga, långt ifrån stranden, men lätt att ta sig dit med gratis transport eller annan transport för 200 baht ca. Inget hotell för den romantiska semestern, men funkar i större sällskap.
Frukosten var dålig, betala inte extra för den. Finns supermarket 50m bort och billiga restauranger.

I went to Krabi with 2 friends. We love the hotel so much. First day we arrived at the hotel the staffs help us to order lunch and sent to the swimming pool for us. We enjoyed our lunch beside the pool. They arrange transportation, arrange day tour and even the room service for massage.

We went to four islands tour. We want to thank the guy who ride the boat. He give us choice to go to other island to have a peaceful lunch on that island and didn't force us to go to the island that we didn't want to go.

We really appreciated the hotel crews and we really had a lovely memorable vacation.

En arrivant nous avons été un peu déçu par le manque de confort et de propreté de la chambre elle serait à rafraichir++ au niveau peinture et salle de bain vieillotte. Pour le prix on s'attendait a plus de confort et de propreté le point positif de l'hôtel pour nous a été la piscine même si il y a une soirée full moon plus qu'arrosé avec une cinquantaine de personnes faisant la fête dans la piscine et retrouvant le lendemain et pendant plusieurs jours des cadavres de canette mégot de cigarette et détritus un peu partout le petit-déjeuner été plus que restreint pour le prix... et surtout nous avons été surpris de voir que juste à côté de l'hôtel en vue directe sur la salle des petits-déjeuners et on veut direct sur l'autel de toute façon un gros chantier avec pelleteuse grue la totale...!!!
Les points positifs de l'hôtel ont été l'accueil le sourire du personnel toujours à votre écoute, et la situation de l'hôtel qui n'est pas dans la ville même mais qui donne accès facilement à la côte de Krabi d'est en ouest.
Points positifs aussi l'hôtel loue des scooter un peu cher par rapport à ailleurs mais plus pratique!!

The hotel was clean and awesome...I'm a sucker for adorably folded towels :) it was far from beach and on a very loud highway but they offer 5 free shuttle times a day. We took this MULTIPLE times and the shuttle driver was prompt and lovely. The pool was clean and unused. The staff were absolutely great! If you want to be in the heart of it maybe not the place for you but we loved it.

O hotel é agradável, boas instalações e equipe atenciosa e prestativa. Fomos atendidos satisfatoriamente em todas as solicitações. O café da manhã é excelente.

O único ponto negativo é que não fica perto da praia, mas o hotel disponibiliza transporte para lá em alguns momentos do dia.

Good customer service and very polite staff. Location is a bit far from the beach but they provide free shuttle bus to the beach.

Vi mellanlandade bara för 1 natt i Krabi och Phu Panwa Resort och kan väll inte säga att det var nått att hänga i granen, men funkade perfekt att mellanlanda på innan vi fortsatte till Koh Lanta.

I truly enjoyed my stay here. The Staff is amazing!
Unfortunately I am not familiar with the langue but that didn't affect our trip at all. If no one was at the front desk that understood us completely they did not hesitate to call someone that did. I have to say that they take pride in pleasing the guest. They go the extra mile and help with any activity booking you can think of. All you have to do is ask. Thank you for making our stay pleasant.

I travel from Malaysia. When i reached there, my reservation was not available.
They wanted to transfer me to a lousy chalet. Luckily i managed to get rooms at Tama hotel @ 8pm.

I strongly not recommended to stay in this hotel. It happened to me and it could happen to you.

Hotel location is relatively far from tourist hot-spots. We're okay with that since we have our own transportation.

We've made a booking for 11 person. We had some problem with room arrangement during check-in, but the hotel staffs sorted it out. Our 6-pax family room was spacious and clean.

There's free Wifi available, however during my stay the connection was not good. No kettle provided in the room, but we can get hot water from reception.

The hotel staffs were friendly and helpful, and the service was good. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.

even tough this hotel is not close to the beach, up until my last day did I learn that public transportation was available and we did not have to rely on the hotel´s van. The staff was not very nice, I requested ice and was told to go to 7-11!!!

felt totaly welcomed by the friendly staffs. they assist to my needs and enquiries. i had the connecting rooms so it was huge for me n family. its very clean. im impressed. unfornately the beds are hard though. :( i wont mind staying there. i miss krabi!
