Not a very good stay, hotel needs to improve
Pros:

Location, size of rooms.

Cons:

I have been staying in this hotel since 2018. The quality has deteriorated over the years. This time it was a bad experience. The restaurant service was hopeless. The bathrooms need renovation. Not sure if I will stay there next time.

Perfect hotel to stay in Shirdi! Recommend it 100%
Pros:

The location of the hotel is right in front of the Sai Baba Shirdi Mahasamadhi Temple. The Front Office was in contact with me before arrival and helped to arrange the taxi from the Mumbai airport. The room was comfortable, friendly staff, nice restaurant with such a tasty fruit salads I always ordered. Definitely I will come back again to this hotel!

Cons:

To add international cuisine to the hotel restaurant menu, it would help the foreigners feel more satisfied because not all foreigners like the Indian spicy dishes.

Paying premium for great location
Pros:

Very good location and the food is also good

Cons:

For the price they are charging , they are not providing water kettle and coffee/ tea sachets

Pros:

This is our 2nd visit to this hotel. This hotel is literally opposite the mandir. Has its own restaurant downstairs and the food was very nice. We were having issues trying to book tickets for dharsan inthe morning and the front desk manager very kindly sorted it for us.

It is a clean hotel. But 4700 for one night was steep.
Pros:

Proximity to Gate 1 of temple

Cons:

In room issues : TV remote didn’t work, had to call for room service two times. The second time the chap tells me ‘oh, yeah the battery needs changing.’ If they knew it, why hadn’t they changed it already?

Comfortable stay.
Pros:

Everything was very good. Whole stay was comfortable and good. Main positive point is it's location exactly opposite to Gate 5 & 1. Very near to Senior citizen entry too.

Cons:

Nothing specific. I would have rated with Excellent if the lift would not have troubled a little.
