Pros:

Clean room, friendly staff, excellent food with plenty of choices.

Cons:

Old fashioned gym equipment and no AC at gym, The music by the pool too loud and repetitive, it would be so nice if there was more variety like some local, Greek or relaxing music.

Lovely stay ruined by other holiday makers !

Cons:

Neighbours went out on their balcony 0130 - 0330 ,chatting loudly , laughing . Woke us up and couldn’t sleep until they went in .
Was really happy when I heard them say the mosquitoes were biting them 🤣 should be a rule of no one on the balcony after a certain time !

Boendet var väldigt äckligt, vi hade kryp som kom från väggarna, fuktskada i taket, lakan som inte var rena, städerskan knackade inte på dörren innan hon skulle komma in, kom in medans vi låg nakna i sängen, frukosten hade ingen variation på 7 dagar, exakt samma mat som värmdes upp i flera dagar. Hotellet hade musikshower som spelades högt genom hela hotellet fram till klockan 00 flera nätter vilket gjorde det omöjligt att sova innan 00, ingen som helst kompensation när vi var tvugna att byta rum pga kryp i rummet och fuktskada.
Rekomenderar absolut inte detta hotellet till någon, detta är inte ett 4-stjärnigt hotell

Pros:

The best part of our stay was definitely the staff. Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely tried their best to help. The room was reasonably clean, the view was nice, and the breakfast was acceptable for a 3-star hotel—simple, identical every day, but enough to start the day.

Cons:

Unfortunately, that's where the positives ends. The hotel itself feels very outdated. The bathroom was falling apart, with silicone repairs visible everywhere, and we had no hot water until we reported it on the second day. To their credit, the staff fixed it quickly.

While visible areas were cleaned, hidden spots such as behind the bed had years of accumulated dust. Food quality was inconsistent and disappointing. We booked full board but ended up only having salad and wine for dinner (every second day we went to eat somewhere else). The selection and quality of meals was far below what anyone would expect from a 4-star property and barely met a lower-end 3-star standard.

To make matters worse, noise was a constant issue. The hotel opposite was very loud, and the room doors slammed so hard that they woke guests in multiple surrounding rooms, both early in the morning and late in the evening. The windows and doors offered very poor sound insulation and had noticeable gaps, making it difficult to escape the noise.

If this was ever a 4-star hotel, that was a very long time ago. It urgently needs investment, deeper cleaning, proper maintenance, and much better food quality. The staff deserve credit for their effort, but they cannot compensate for the hotel's overall condition.

Amazing experience
Pros:

Everything from the facilities to the staff and the location even the different kind of tournaments of ping pong darts and a lot more. The food was amazing ask the chef for cheesecake!!
