The hotel's location is beautiful and close to the beach (a 3-minute walk). All the restaurants, bars, and supermarkets are located around the hotel. can visit many nearby places, especially Ayia Napa, which is 15 minutes away. The hotel staff's service and treatment are excellent; the hotel is clean, very respectful, and the food is excellent.

Excellent stay! The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. We really appreciated the complimentary treats and thoughtful extras provided both in the room and around the pool area, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
The apartment was very spacious, comfortable, and cleaned daily to a high standard. The location is also excellent, being close to the town centre, shops, restaurants, and other amenities.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay, great service, and a convenient location. We would be happy to stay here again.

Food & Restaurant Staff:
The biggest highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the food. Every meal was delicious, and it was clear that the kitchen team puts great effort into maintaining a high standard. My sincere compliments to everyone working in the kitchen and restaurants.
A special thank you goes to David, the head waiter from Bulgaria. He was exceptionally friendly, professional, attentive, and welcoming to every guest. Employees like David are the true face of excellent hospitality and set the standard for how hotel staff should treat their guests.
I would like to give special recognition to Mr. Angel, the porter in the hotel lobby. He was exceptional—always smiling, incredibly helpful, and willing to assist with anything we needed. He truly made a positive difference to our stay and represents the level of hospitality every hotel should strive for.
Front Desk Service:
The reception staff could benefit from additional customer service training. Unfortunately, we found them to be dismissive at times and not particularly polite when responding to guests’ questions or requests. Their attitude often made simple interactions uncomfortable. We were also disappointed that a late check-out was only available for an additional €50, which feels excessive. Early check-in was not possible either, which made our arrival less convenient.
Room Cleanliness:
This is the area that needs the most urgent attention. Although housekeeping visits the rooms daily, the cleaning standards were well below expectations. Bed sheets were not changed unless specifically requested, and some of them had visible stains. The beds were only made to look presentable rather than being properly cleaned and prepared.
We were traveling with a baby and requested a crib. Unfortunately, the sides of the crib were visibly dirty, and I believe it had not been properly cleaned or disinfected after the previous guest. This is unacceptable, especially for equipment intended for infants, where hygiene should be a top priority.
Additionally, my wife and I both experienced unusual bites during our stay, which raised concerns about the possibility of bed bugs. I strongly recommend that the hotel thoroughly inspect all mattresses and bedding to ensure guest safety and comfort.
The wardrobe was not very practical, and it was also disappointing to learn that using the room safe required an additional fee. A safe should be considered a standard amenity, not an extra charge.
One point worth mentioning is that drinks are not included with dinner, not even water, which must be purchased separately. This was disappointing, although breakfast did include beverages.

I like the fact that it is very clean and spacious. Everything is within reach. The beach is very close, three minutes on foot. The staff is very helpful, positive and ready to help you with anything you need.
I think that room should be cleaned more often. We got the complete room once, it was cleaned once in seven days, I think it should be every second day because of the sand and everything that is brought in from the beach, as well as the glass glasses, they should be washed every time the room is cleaned.

Το φαγητό ήταν εξαιρετικό, με μεγάλη ποικιλία και πολύ καλές γεύσεις κάθε μέρα. Ξεχωριστή αναφορά αξίζει η μεξικάνικη βραδιά, η οποία ήταν πραγματικά κορυφαία! Όλα τα πιάτα ήταν αυθεντικά, πεντανόστιμα και προσεγμένα μέχρι την τελευταία λεπτομέρεια.
Θα θέλαμε επίσης να δώσουμε τα συγχαρητήριά μας στον σεφ Αντρέα, ο οποίος έκανε εξαιρετική δουλειά. Το πάθος και η ποιότητα της κουζίνας του φάνηκαν σε κάθε πιάτο.

Some areas require some freshening up, like lifts and room bathroom are a bit dated.
Not a single employee could speek Greek and the room was not very clean.
