Perfect location.
The meal was good and the staff were excellent, not sure the man on breakfast should be calling the guests mate.
My room was very hot had to have the windows open and all I could hear was kitchen staff banging pots and and looking out on fire escape

Location is excellent, our room was really good, the breakfast was 1st class as was the staff. I would book again if you could give me the same fabulous weather.

The hotel was well positioned just minutes from the beach, breakfast was beautiful with great choice off the menu. The room itself was a little dated however there was a brand new bathroom which was lovely. My only gripe were the pillows were a little hard so a choice with softer spares in the wardrobe would be a nice touch and the mirror in the room at the dresser was very small.
Just the little mirror at the dresser and the bedframe I hit my knee off (there wasn't a lot of room one side of the bed

The fan was very much appreciated for the balmy weather.
Getting a space in the carpark was a bit tricky. The bin in the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned from previous guest but didn’t detract from my stay.

The room and the bed were both large for a single room. In fact the bed was more like a small double! And it was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. The bathroom was exceptional. And though I prefer a shower to a bath it was nice to have both. And I was pleased to find a heated towel rail, which I have found to be unusual in hotels. Food was really good with good portions and well prepared. Breakfasts in particular were outstanding. Due to the hot weather during my stay I feared I would have trouble sleeping, but I was pleasantly surprised to find a fan at the bottom of the wardrobe, which helped greatly.
One small niggle. The washbasin kept leaking, and while shaving I had to top it up several times. I think it was because the plug was slightly too small.
Perfect location and friendly staff. Hotel kept clean and room was spotless.

Location & Cleanliness.
1. No parking - states there is parking when booking.
2. Fan was rusty and old - needs replacing.
3. Rude lady at breakfast shouted at her colleague.

Reception on arrival was very poor. Subsequently….at 10.00pm…….the same member of staff was almost rude when we complained about the hammering and drilling we could hear in our room.
We had virtually no privacy in our room that faced onto the garden which was being used for events.
For this reason the window had to be closed for quiet and security reasons.
I need a full refund. As room29 as they said.
“Should not be used when they have entertainment on. 1st night was a Jazz band till 22.00
The second notes a wedding till 24.00
We had no sleep.
This room should NOT have been used at all.
I have a partial refund I expect a full refund for bad communication.
Not happy just got home to go to bed.
