A perfect location for a one night stay in Bude
Pros:

I had asked for a quiet room, however, the room we were initially given was positioned above a noisy kitchen extractor which hummed constantly and prevented peaceful rest. This was mentioned to reception staff and they immediately relocated us to a quiet room which met our needs perfectly. Staff were attentive and friendly. Breakfast was particularly well done.

Cons:

Room decor was rather dated yet clean and comfy. Rooms on the back of the hotel may be noisy due to kitchen extractor fans below,

A Lovely Hotel for a Short Break
Pros:

Fabulous Hotel just perfect for a Birthday weekend. Staff were very friendly and the room was exceptional. Enjoyed the walks along the Canal and being so close to the town centre.

Cons:

Just think we picked a busy entertainment weekend when the Restaurant service was a bit slower than we'd liked but would still highly rate this well run and friendly Hotel.

Excellent hotel with excellent staff
Pros:

The room was spotless with a really comfy bed & the breakfast was by far the best one we have had in any hotel. We stayed I’m May last year and also had the best experience. Keep doing what you’re doing

Pros:

Great location, great breakfast, good staff.

Cons:

It was cold in public places which was agreed with a couple who were staying there for a week.
My room was ok but certainly not deluxe which I ordered online but a reasonable price.
I find in many places that the single rooms are lower quality than the double rooms which is unfair to solo travellers.
