Cove Minshull Street will take full payment for your accommodations at the time of booking and confirm your arrival details at the property. Upon check-in, guests are kindly required to show the credit card used at the time of booking and a valid photo ID, such as a driving license or passport.
Group Policy: We consider a group to be 10 apartments or more being booked in the same city for similar dates. When making a group booking full payment will be required at the time of booking and this is nonrefundable. Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee that all apartments booked will be in the same building.
Baby cots are available for no additional cost, subject to availability.
Please note a pre-authorization of GBP 1 is required in order to check-in to your apartment. Assuming you do not incur any additional costs during your stay the pre-authorization sum will be released automatically. In the event that additional costs are incurred, you will be contacted by the Apartment Manager who will confirm the amount you have been charged and the reasoning behind this. Please note that cash is not accepted to settle your pre-authorization. We provide a weekly cleaning service for stays of 7 nights or more. We can arrange an additional cleaning service if requested for an additional fee.
Dog Stays (cats and other pets are not allowed) - We have dog friendly properties where 1 dog of up to 30 kilos is welcome. Registered service animals will be permitted in all locations where notice has been given prior to arrival. Additional charges apply for dogs (excluding registered service dogs) and a completed pet waiver upon check-in is mandatory. It is your responsibility before arrival to check that dogs are permitted at the Property.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Quiet. Nice space and good staff
The sofa was quite uncomfortable
Exceptionally clean space. Bright and airy with a comfy bed, good shower pressure, and a well presented lobby. It is right by the train station as well, with a grocery store and plenty of shopping nearby.
The parking fee is quite high. It's cheaper to park in the external parking lot across the street than to park at the facility. This fee should be lowered for guests. Also, some of the gym equipment was broken, but I'm sure they're taking care of this.

We stayed during a heatwave and unfortunately there was no air-con and windows could only be open a small amount. Otherwise an excellent place to stay.

L'appartement était grand, d'autant plus que j'ai été surclassé avec une deuxième chambre et une deuxième salle de bain alors que j'étais seul... il est équipé comme un appart Airbnb, avec le minimum dans la cuisine, une machine à laver, etc. Le personnel est sympa et prévenant. Le lieu est assez secure. À proximité de la gare et du village gay. L'appartement était calme, aussi bien à l'intérieur que vers l'extérieur et j'ai pu dormir les fenêtres ouvertes. Très intéressant à plusieurs, pour ce qui est du prix, j'imagine.
Au-delà du fait que ça ressemble à un Airbnb dans lequel il y a eu beaucoup de passage et qui est donc assez fatigué, et en faisant abstraction de l'odeur persistante sur le palier, le principal inconvénient de l'immeuble est la chaleur en été. Il est en effet impossible d'ouvrir les fenêtres sur plus de 10 cm. Étant arrivé pendant une période de canicule avec 35 degrés à l'extérieur, la chaleur à l'intérieur de l'appartement n'est pas retombée, y compris quand il a fait 20 degrés à l'extérieur. Faites très attention à la période à laquelle vous louez, c'est insupportable l'été.
Large apartment, clean and well equipped for a longer stay and with kitchen appliances that will help a lot if you need it. Personnel are happy to help with anything you need. I would definitely recommend Cove!
