Cove Minshull Street will take full payment for your accommodations at the time of booking and confirm your arrival details at the property. Upon check-in, guests are kindly required to show the credit card used at the time of booking and a valid photo ID, such as a driving license or passport.

Group Policy: We consider a group to be 10 apartments or more being booked in the same city for similar dates. When making a group booking full payment will be required at the time of booking and this is nonrefundable. Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee that all apartments booked will be in the same building.

Baby cots are available for no additional cost, subject to availability.

Please note a pre-authorization of GBP 1 is required in order to check-in to your apartment. Assuming you do not incur any additional costs during your stay the pre-authorization sum will be released automatically. In the event that additional costs are incurred, you will be contacted by the Apartment Manager who will confirm the amount you have been charged and the reasoning behind this. Please note that cash is not accepted to settle your pre-authorization. We provide a weekly cleaning service for stays of 7 nights or more. We can arrange an additional cleaning service if requested for an additional fee.

Dog Stays (cats and other pets are not allowed) - We have dog friendly properties where 1 dog of up to 30 kilos is welcome. Registered service animals will be permitted in all locations where notice has been given prior to arrival. Additional charges apply for dogs (excluding registered service dogs) and a completed pet waiver upon check-in is mandatory. It is your responsibility before arrival to check that dogs are permitted at the Property.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The mattress was a bit uneven and the sofa bed you have to do it yourself (we didn't have the sheets in the apartment so had to go back down and get them)

Great Stay
Pros:

Great stay at Cove Minshull Street. The apartment was very spacious and had handy facilities for cooking. The location was tip top and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The underground parking was very useful, although an additional cost. It's a little tight, but not to be unexpected in a city.

A Wonderful Stay in Manchester – Highly Recommended!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at The Cove in Manchester! The apartment was clean, comfortable and fully equipped with everything we needed for our trip. The location was great for exploring the city and getting around easily. We felt very comfortable throughout our stay and would definitely recommend it. We would happily stay here again!

Plenty of space, refrigerator was great size, fans and hairdryers were great and bath was great size.

Generally good
Pros:

The mattress was really comfortable, and I slept well on many nights. The environment was basically clean. The location is good, as it is between Piccadilly Station and the Manchester Arndale.

Cons:

I hope they can arrange for the room to be available twice a week instead of once. I also hope they can provide a few more cooking appliances.
