Cove Minshull Street will take full payment for your accommodations at the time of booking and confirm your arrival details at the property. Upon check-in, guests are kindly required to show the credit card used at the time of booking and a valid photo ID, such as a driving license or passport.

Group Policy: We consider a group to be 10 apartments or more being booked in the same city for similar dates. When making a group booking full payment will be required at the time of booking and this is nonrefundable. Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee that all apartments booked will be in the same building.

Baby cots are available for no additional cost, subject to availability.

Please note a pre-authorization of GBP 1 is required in order to check-in to your apartment. Assuming you do not incur any additional costs during your stay the pre-authorization sum will be released automatically. In the event that additional costs are incurred, you will be contacted by the Apartment Manager who will confirm the amount you have been charged and the reasoning behind this. Please note that cash is not accepted to settle your pre-authorization. We provide a weekly cleaning service for stays of 7 nights or more. We can arrange an additional cleaning service if requested for an additional fee.

Dog Stays (cats and other pets are not allowed) - We have dog friendly properties where 1 dog of up to 30 kilos is welcome. Registered service animals will be permitted in all locations where notice has been given prior to arrival. Additional charges apply for dogs (excluding registered service dogs) and a completed pet waiver upon check-in is mandatory. It is your responsibility before arrival to check that dogs are permitted at the Property.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Sehr zentrale Lage, gute Betten, 24 Std Rezeption

Cons:

Bisschen schmuddelig vor dem Hotel (Hotel war tip-top!), sehr warm trotz Ventilatoren, Fenster wackelig und nur 20 cm zu öffnen.
Nachts sehr laut wegen Strassenbahn, Partygästen und regelmäßigem Blaulicht - ist zentral, daher vermutlich nicht vermeidbar.

It was a disappointment. Please avoid during summer period.
Pros:

Apartments are new with good interiors. Easy and quick check-in and out. Good location, right next to central area with easy access to train station.

Cons:

The window is a good size but can only be opened by 10 cm, which is unbelievable. There's no fresh air that can come in, even with the assistance of a huge fan(very loud). The day we stayed was not even hot: 23 °C during the day and below 17 in the evening. The room was boiling, and we couldn't fall asleep the whole night.

Loved the hotel, staff and location.
Pros:

The location is great being close to the shops and being in the Gay Village area with plenty of nice food/drink option. The parking is a bonus.

Cons:

Paying for parking. No A/C - we stayed on an unusually hot night and got little sleep due to the heat. Fans were provided but were ineffective. Normally Manchester isn’t this hot though!

Zentrale Lage, 5 Minuten vom Bahnhof Piccadilly oder Piccadilly Gardens, Appartement war geräumig und funktional eingerichtet, Supermarkt in der Nähe

Bei den heißen Temperaturen keine Möglichkeit die Fenster zu öffnen; keine Klimaanlage in den Zimmern, keine Grundausstattung in der Küche wie Salz, Zucker, am Wochenende sehr laut
