Cove Minshull Street will take full payment for your accommodations at the time of booking and confirm your arrival details at the property. Upon check-in, guests are kindly required to show the credit card used at the time of booking and a valid photo ID, such as a driving license or passport.

Group Policy: We consider a group to be 10 apartments or more being booked in the same city for similar dates. When making a group booking full payment will be required at the time of booking and this is nonrefundable. Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee that all apartments booked will be in the same building.

Baby cots are available for no additional cost, subject to availability.

Please note a pre-authorization of GBP 1 is required in order to check-in to your apartment. Assuming you do not incur any additional costs during your stay the pre-authorization sum will be released automatically. In the event that additional costs are incurred, you will be contacted by the Apartment Manager who will confirm the amount you have been charged and the reasoning behind this. Please note that cash is not accepted to settle your pre-authorization. We provide a weekly cleaning service for stays of 7 nights or more. We can arrange an additional cleaning service if requested for an additional fee.

Dog Stays (cats and other pets are not allowed) - We have dog friendly properties where 1 dog of up to 30 kilos is welcome. Registered service animals will be permitted in all locations where notice has been given prior to arrival. Additional charges apply for dogs (excluding registered service dogs) and a completed pet waiver upon check-in is mandatory. It is your responsibility before arrival to check that dogs are permitted at the Property.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Comfortable, clean room in a superb location.
Pros:

The secure car park, the friendly staff, the location, the comfort, the extra facilities if required such as washing machine and fridge freezer.

Cons:

There’s nothing that we didn’t like but we would love to recommend a something for you to consider which would have made the stay even better.
a dressing table and mirror in the bigger bedroom or even a mirror and chair by the drawers.

Great location.
Pros:

Very central location, with parking on-site.

Cons:

You couldn’t open the windows, so it was a bit hot and stuffy(even in March). Someone had ironed something on the floor (who would??) so the carpet was a bit burnt.

Pros:

Property was super central, I stayed with my partner and toddler and it was a perfect location. Staff super friendly and happy to help with any enquires. Apartment was spacious enough and exactly what we were after. Would stay again.
