Swiss-Belcourt Bogor

this Visit is our second visit at Swill-belcourt Bogor, we are coming with the family for attending Wedding of our nephew. The Hotel are great, Service also great, special thank you to Ms. Erna ( The Operation Manager ) and also Mr.Baskoro ( The Duty Manager ) They are both taking care while we are stayed at The Hotel such as setting up the wedding setup in the Bed and also Wedding Cake to make surprised the New married couple.
The Hotel are BIG RECOMMENDED to stay either for Business or Family stay CONGRATULATION...!!

The hotel location is strategic; it is close to two huge malls (AEON and IKEA), easy access to the Jakarta toll road, Bogor Botanical Gardens, and other tourist areas in Sentul and Bogor City. The lobby is large and clean, with a children's play area (although with simple toys, swings, slides, and rocking horses) and a cool and beautiful pool area. All the staff here are very friendly, especially the Front Office team; their welcoming is preety good, the check-in process is very efficient and communicative, the bellboy team is also very helpful and friendly, the parking area is huge, and we got free parking anyway. Surrounding the hotel is very complete, with many small shops, so it is easy to get what is needed. Thank you, Swiss Belcourt; happy to stay there.

It was my first time staying at this hotel, and I was satisfied with our stay. The hotel location is in the middle of town, nearby the Parung area, where my office is located. Friendly staff, especially the reception, nice hotel room, but please be concerned with the linen that seems to have started to fade in color. Fast Wi-Fi access, a clean and beautiful pool area, and only one minus in the gym, which is not proper. Keep improving Swiss Belcourt Bogor.

Breakfast & dinner are kids friendly, and service good. Thx for mr firmansyah… Room service all good… Staff helpfully Family room are clean and comfortable Room view pool… Thank youuuu hotel swissbelcourt bogor for good services……………..

Friendly reception, with agility handling check in (MbaErna), Also Smilling always reception (MasFalah) what a nice hotel ambience in my bussiness short trip. For sure the hotel is recomended & for sure will back soon to Swiss-belcourt Bogor.

Such a pleasant hotel. I stayed here with my partner because we had to attend a wedding in Bogor, so we don’t expect much actually, but i really enjoyed my stay in here. When we checked in, the lobby was pretty crowded but the staff (Ms. Erna I think) helped us immediately. Thank you. I’ll comeback here someday😊

So cheap, but need improvement in food menu

部屋は十分な広さがあり、大人3人での宿泊には十分でした。
夕食をホテルのレストランで取りましたが、レストランのエアコンが故障していて修理中であり、あまり快適ではありませんでした。

Lantai kamar kotor, perlengkapan kamar mandi kurang dan cs nya sangat tidak ramah

Kami pesan 2 kamar. Salah satu kamar kurang OK. Refrigerator tdk dingin. Sarapan lumayan. Saluran TV tidak bagus. Lokasi strategis dibantu dgn jalan layang.

Air hangatnya tidak lama mengalir, perlengkapan kamar mandi kurang lengkap utk hotel sekelas ini. Saya masuk lantai kamar masih banyak rambut dan kurang bersih. Regues saya untuk kamar yg jauh dari jalan tidak di akomdasi sama sekali walopun SDH saya ajukan 1 Minggu sebelum kedatangan.

kamar hotel tdk sesuai foto, closet rusak, kasur tdk nyaman-keras, bergelombang membuat dakit badan, makanan breakfast tdk enak dll yg tidak menyenangka

Book this hotel with hotel.com. I purchase with breakfast but when I checked in, breakfast was not included. When I check my confirmation slip, nothing was written about breakfast. So be careful when you purchase with hotel.com.

When I got my key card, it was for a wrong floor, so I cud not go to the floor that I was supposed to be in. Had to go to the reception to redo my card

Got into my room, there was hair all over the place. It was not swept. Luckily there was some slippers. I wouldn’t want to step on the floor
The bedsheet looks like it has been used before as you can see it’s a little crumpled. New sheets you can see the folding lines, there’s none here

After I showered, the towels smells horrible once it’s wet. When it’s dry, it smells ok

I took GRAB everywhere I went, everytime the GRAB comes into the hotel to pick me up, they will charge us parking although if it was only 1 minute.

I was told we can take a bus to the hotel, the bus actually stops us across the highway and it’s not easy to cross the highway with so many cars zooming pass but goin to the airport was very convenient. The bus stops right in front of the hotel

Be very frank, I won’t mind staying in this hotel again as this is the closest to the place I need to go but I will bring my own towels and I will definitely not go thru hotel.com. I felt cheated

Hotel Bagus dlm pelayanan, ruangan bersih baik utk rehat sejenak bersama keluarga. Sayang fasilitas nya krg menunjang

Hotel room is spacious and sorrounding area is quiet. Towels are old and some are itchy, I wonder if they use the same for the bathroom floors(eww?!) The breakfast buffet is unremarkable and repetitive.

Nice hotel close to mall with cinema, a few other shops and restaurants. Easy access to highway/ toll road. Recommended

Nice located hotel and nice breakfast variety for this level of comfort hotel. The elevator (lift) is too slow plus only 2 of 3 elevator are working.
