Goed hotel in Solo
Pros:

Het personeel. Vooral dat van het restaurant. Dat was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. In het restaurant ging iets mis met een betaling. Daarvoor heeft men excuus aangeboden en een presentje gebracht. Dat was een elegante oplossing.

Cons:

Het inchecken verliep niet vlot. We waren met zes mensen en hadden vier kamers geboekt. Het baliepersoneel had er goed aan gedaan te vragen wie bij elkaar op de kamer hoorden dan dat zelf uit te willen gaan puzzelen. Daarnaast had men bij mij mijn key Cards voor slechts één in plaats van twee nachten geactiveerd.

Pros:

Check in/ out was fast. Lowest price for 5 star hotel in solo when i booked.

Cons:

- Pelayanannya. Saat kami telp pinjam setrika, lama sampe telp 3x baru diantar.
- Hari ke 2, setelah dibersihkan, tidak ada botol mineral water, akhirnya kami minta
- sprei mungkin waktunya ganti baru.
- tempat sampah tidak dikasi plastik, lupa atau memang standartnya begitu.

I stayed at this hotel multiple times since before the name changed to Grand Mercure, when it was still Best Western.

However, the bathtub was old, even the wall was peeled , the gym is decent but dusty, and the worst part was that “Grand Mercure” they didn’t even give any amenities, and no medium or small towels, just two large towels in the room
