Great stay in a small town, with big town feels.
Pros:

I was pleasantly surprised to have a beautiful hotel in Lebanon, where I would usually need to stay in Albany. This hotel was clean, bright, quiet and altogether a great stay. There was a billing mix up that was fixed by the time I checked out and the staff and management were very welcoming and attentive to the issue. The food was great, the garden was beautiful and the hot tub was a great treat (once the rain stopped). Would stay here again.

Cons:

I wish the ice/vending was more centralized in the facility (like near the elevators or restaurant), but that is only because our room was more central so it would have been convenient.

Literally a Perfect Hotel at Competitive Prices
Pros:

For the price of a short diversion from I-5, you get an impeccable hotel that's usually reasonably priced. Rooms are clean, modern, and well-stocked. The pool must be the only year-round outdoor pool in Oregon, even in winter. It's heated, but if you're not a fan, there's an outdoor sauna to warm up in. There's a large lobby that you can hang out in (and it's lovely during Christmas). The restaurant and bar give you no reason to saunter into the city of Lebanon. Nothing about the Boulder Falls Inn should give you pause. From the staff to the large Japanese garden to the outdoor pool to the spacious parking lot, to the full breakfast...to the, well, everything, this hotel is perfect. We've stayed here many times on excursions up and down I-5 or when my son was going to U of O. It's not just a waypoint; it's a destination inn. Without reservations, I can urge you to stay here.

Great place
Pros:

The staff was very good. Friendly, efficient and helpful. The food was really good as well. The waiter we had both nights was Jason. He was super.

Cons:

The TVs in the restaurant weren't working. The appetizers available were too fancy for my liking. Would be good to have some more traditional options.

A hassle
Cons:

I was told the price would be 165.00 per night at the front desk ,that was including tax and class reunion discount. I was charged 87 dollars more on my card then what I was quoted at front desk. It is really hard to find out my reservation number to call and check why I was charged more on my card. Ive been getting a run around on the phone.I will not stay there again and tell my friends not to stay there. Very unhappy!!!!

Affordable luxury
Pros:

Location was in avery quiet location. Enjoyed that greatly.

Cons:

The WiFi was a real disappointment...I was thrown off after a couple minutes and had to sign on several times. Surprised the mini fridge in the room had no freezer section...I travel with an insulated "lunchbox" and utilize freezer bars. I had no way to refreeze them during my stay.

Very quiet and relaxing.
Pros:

Beautiful, clean property. Very quiet. Breakfast had very good options for plant based diets.

Cons:

Again, great property. I was at the front of the hotel and 2/3 of the curtain was solid, while the middle 1/3 was sheer fabric. I could not close the solid portion of the curtain as the tract for the curtain did not extend to the center. It was not possible to block out the parking lot lights as a result.
