Really great
Pros:

Staff was friendly and the room was clean!

Cons:

We had to park in the restaurant next door parking when we arrived back at the hotel. There was not enough parking

It was a great place for us to stay while we were in Sioux Falls for my 50th high school reunion. Will stay there again if we need to visit Sioux Falls.

Our second stay at this property and likely our Sioux Falls home for future visits as well.
Pros:

It’s located close to major thoroughfares but outside the busiest areas and a short drive to the suburb where family members live.

Cons:

Our room was next to a guest who was very loud and seemed to purposefully slam doors at all hours overnight. Every night.

Great experience!
Pros:

Great location not far from shopping and near a few nice restaurants. Breakfast was great. The area was well kept and the staff was very friendly.

Don't reserve through Booking.com
Pros:

The staff were absolutely fabulous and the breakfast wasn't a large spread, but it was tasty and a good way to start our day.

Cons:

The only unfortunate part about my stay was they had an a/c unit not functioning so another party was moved to the room I had reserved. Because it was reserved through Booking.com they had the right to give our room away to other guests. And because the room they had to move us to was a room that rented at a lower rate, they could not even refund the difference to us, so we paid a 2 room suite rate for a standard room. Very disappointing.

Clean comfortable hotel that’s a great place to stay away from home!
Pros:

The property was clean and neat. The room was clean and felt comfortable.

Cons:

The breakfast was cold and unappealing. We went down the first morning and skipped the next morning.
