Pros:

The location met our needs as we were close the golf course we played the next day. The beds were comfortable and shower hot with good pressure. We were four women on a golf trip.

Cons:

The toilet bowl would not fill with water, so we talked to maintenance. He stated it would take a minute to fill after each flush.
The furniture in the living area is well warn and a little dirty.
The breakfast is the usual that you get at most hotels.

Pros:

Friendly staff, nice quiet facility, loved the layout of my room and the best water pressure in a hotel shower I have experienced in the past 20 years of travel. I wish they would up their breakfast game, not the worst but it was the standard waffle, watery egg block and microwave sausage patties.

It was good but the king suite was too small traveling with a 13 year old grandchild.
Pros:

It’s clean, nice location, good breakfast.

Cons:

Pillows are far too small and uncomfortable. King suite with a sofa bed is too small. There are no USB ports in the room.

Pros:

The entire staff was professional. It was a very clean place to stay. The next time we stay in Sioux Falls, we will be staying there, and when we are out of town for a night or two, we will be looking for Towneplace and Sites. Thank you for a pleasant experience.
