El hotel se ve bonito ..pero mala señal de wifi y nunca sirvió la televisión ..no había canales visibles …mal olor en el baño

Las colchas estaban sucias, no hubo agua caliente temprano y no pudimos contactar a la recepción. Los colchones y almohadas son duras. Realmente no lo recomiendo.
Solo estuve una noche pero fue agradable y muy cerca del centro.

Todo muy bien, excepto el inconveniente de que organizan eventos en la planta baja, con un ruido terrible que invade todo el hotel; musica, risas, maestro de ceremonias.
Contraindicado para alquien que quiera descansar.
El agua de la alberca no tiene calefactor.
Las camas están duras
Un hotel muy bonito, amplias habitaciones, buena comida, buena atención y muy bellos recorridos alrededor. Muy recomendable. Yo iba en familia y a los niños les gustaron la cama en la parte superior. Usamos el hotel para recorrer las Cascadas El Chiflón, muy impresionantes, incluyendo su tirolesa.
Además tuvimos en su Restaurante nuestra cena de Noche Buena, muy buena elección. La parte central del hotel está cubierta por un domo, lo cual permite observar la luna llena, los juego pirotécnicos, pero a la vez, evita las corrientes de aire frío, y se puede estar muy cómodos durante la noche en los pasillo y descansos al exterior de la habitación.
Excelentes habitaciones, confortables, jacuzzi, alberca, amplias y buen restaurante.
Cuenta con estacionamiento.
Se puede visitar a pie la plaza principal y el mercado de artesanías.
Se puede viajar a las Cascadas El Chiflón, impresionantes!
Y se puede ir a Lagunas de Monte Bello.
muy mal servicio
El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, porque esta cerca del centro sin estar cerca de bares y calles ruidosas, las habitaciones son cómodas y con amenidades muy útiles, solo me falto que no había hielos en la nevera, pero todo lo demás fue excelente.
En lo general bien...algun inconveniente con parqueo....y la limpieza a tiempo pero en fin bonita experiencia .....lo volveria a utilizar. Gracias.
Very well kept hotel with nice comfortable rooms. It is also located within walking distance to the historic town center and 45 minutes drive to Lagunas de Montebello. The service was very efficient and the staff very helpful and friendly.
Had to find another hotel after 10pm as reservation was not honored.
