Gross place, dishonest people
Pros:

The room I got did not match the description at all. There was supposed to be a city view, there was no window at all. There was supposed to be WiFi, it was only available in the tiny lobby. The room was stinky and dirty and there was no sink in the bathroom.

When I asked to check out and told them I wouldn't be staying for the second night, they made me pay for it anyway. Then he sent someone from another one of their other hotels to try to get me to go to that one.

I left and quickly was able to find a much nicer hotel, in a better location for less money.

Avoid this place at all costs. It's cheap, but you can still find a much nicer place in Varanasi for less money.

Pros:

The wifi wasn't working and there was no intention from the staff to even try to fix it or provide a solution. Ended up leaving the place as the room was quite disappointing too - no "city views" just a concrete wall from across the street.
