Wonderful place to stay very friendly

Fantastic place

This hotel is absolutely beautiful and the setting fantastic. It’s in the middle of nowhere and so really really quiet. But several things did not support its four star status. There was no fridge in the room, only a cupboard where the fridge clearly should have been. There was no blanket available for the bed. The shower went from warm to scalding hot at random intervals. We chose to eat in the beautiful courtyard where there was a limited menu available, but from the limited menu, three items were not available, and the waiter could not produce a decent latte, even though I described it, very carefully, in fluent Spanish. Now for the good things: fabulous setting, very quiet, air-conditioning worked, the bed was extremely comfortable, the courtyard café was gorgeous, and had tasteful quiet music playing, and they had two Tesla destination chargers in the enclosed back courtyard, one of which I managed to use, (after having to reset it).

Check-in was mediocre, with only the minimum information provided about the property (and only when I specifically asked). There was no information given about the festivities in town, which were actually taking place during my stay. The pool is far too small for the size of the property, the spa was out of service, and on top of that, there was a constant motor noise in the background, which was anything but relaxing. In the room, the minibar didn’t work and the TV had all the antenna cables disconnected.

Breakfast was terrible. Although it is advertised as a buffet, there were no hot options. When I asked for pepper, I was told they didn’t have any—even though it was on the shelf. I also requested a tomato, only to be told they had just run out.

The beauty of the hotel is completely overshadowed by the lack of interest and care shown by the staff. Definitely not coming back.

El servicio muy amable y dirigente. El hotel está muy bien. Lo malo fueron las cortinas de la habitación que nos toco, dejaban entrar mucha luz y era difícil dormir después de la salida del sol. Para nuestro gusto el colchón y la almohada un poco duros. Pero todo el palacio y el personal muy bien.

Dieses historische Gebäude ist wunderschön aber es war so gut wie menschenleer und wirkte wie Geisterhaus. An Personal sahen wir nur 2 verschiedene Frauen an der Rezeption. Die Dame gestern war kühl geschäftlich, wir mussten gleich die Uhrzeit eintragen zu der wir frühstücken wollten. Die andere Dame heute hat uns das Frühstück ohne einen Hauch von Freundlichkeit serviert. Pro Person gab es eine Scheibe Tostata. Als mein Mann fragte ob wir noch etwas bekommen könnten, brachte sie eine einzige Scheibe. Natürlich wurde auch nicht nachgefragt ob wir eine weitere Tasse Kaffee wollten. Warum einige Scheiben Wurst und Schinken ohne weiteres Brot ist mir ein Rätsel. Die einzige freundliche Person die wir zu Gesicht bekamen war die Putzfrau.
Schade, so ein tolles Haus aber in guter Erinnerung wird es uns nicht bleiben!

Muy bueno el hotel y el castillo muy bien lástima que le falta vida en el pueblo

Hay que cuidar las instalaciones. Papel de WC barato, ducha en mal estado. Se percibe dejadez en el matenimiento

El hotel es precioso, un antiguo Palacio, y está bien ubicado para visitar el castillo.
Por otro lado, tiene poco personal, y tardan muchisimo en todo, ademas no respetan sus propios horarios, no se aclaran con las reservas, bastante desastre.... bajamos a tomar algo a la cafeteria a las 4, pobe que cierra a las 5, pero nos dijeron que no nos podian dar nada, si acaso una bebida... quisimos reservar mesa para cenar y no estaban seguros de poder hacer la reserva porque no sabian cuantas reservas tenian ya.... todo un poco dejado.
Por la zona en general la misma sensación, no se si porque era fiesta alli, pero todo cerrado y muy pocas ganas de atender a la gente.

Nos hemos llevado una grata sorpresa, superando así las expectativas que teníamos.

Fuimos buscando un lugar tranquilo con piscina para pasar unos dias de relax, y nos tocó ir a la piscina municipal. En la del hotel había una plaga de avispas increible. Al parecer, son conocedores del problema pero no se hacen con ella. Tras un primer intento y 3 picaduras, decidimos no volver a usarla.

Amazing hotel. Very quiet town.

Beautiful building in fabulous setting. Best not come on a Sunday though if you are hungry!

El lugar es excelente sin duda repetiré una visita

Espacioso e histórico. Limpio, cómodo y muy bonito.

Muy contentos con la comodidad de la cama y con el desayuno. A poca distancia del castillo, lo que se agradece para caminar un poco.

Kändes inte fräscht. Dålig städning. Inte värt 4 stjärnor. Restaurangen var däremot mycket bra.
