Fiquei muito satisfeito com a relação custo x beneficio, o hotel é calmo, tranquilo e oferece uma acomodação boa os quartos sao adequados para o custo. O café da manhã é muito bom, e bem servido, além disso, o hotel tem a disposição um restaurante que oferece pratos alacarte a preços de mercado e são muito bons. A equipe de atendimento é fantastisca, desde a recepção até as camareiras, sempre fui tratado com muita educação e respeito, e sempre foram, todos, muito solícitos. Apesar de eu ter me hospedado na unidade da Lapa, um bairro um pouco distante de alguns pontos, eu fiquei muito satisfeito com o serviço do hotel. Equipe esta de parabéns!

Cons:

Acredito que tudo ficou muito dentro da expectativa. A unica coisa que poderia ser melhor é que, especificamente o quarto que eu fiquei não tinha como abrir a janela, neste sentido, o ar condicionado tinha que ficar ligado sempre que eu estava no quarto. Talvez como sugestão possibilitarem abrir a janela dos quartos.
