Overall, our stay is good. Staff are friendly, breakfast is decent.
Pros:

Staff are friendly. The breakfast is decent and the lady assigned to the breakfast room is always smiling and keeps checking if fhere are foods that are running out so she can refill it.

Cons:

The internet was down the whole of our one night stay. Our bathroom doesnt have shower curtain so whenever we took bath the water will be all around the bathroom floor. There were also ants like when we came back afterwalk, our kids timbits are full of ants. You can also hear footsteps from the room above us.

A pretty good stay
Pros:

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights with my husband and kids. We chose this hotel because it offered EV charging, and it was excellent, had no problems and it worked great. The hotel itself is pretty standard. The gentleman at the front was a little unprofessional when he asked where we were coming from and when we said Canada he said ‘so your the ones causing all the smoke in the air’ we did not really appreciate that, also he was not great at communication, he didn’t even tell me the room number just wrote it down, later we had trouble connecting to the wi-fi and when I went to talk to him about it, I pretty much just stood there for half and hour with him going in and out of the office, I asked if he could call someone, he said there was no manager and the guy who does it had left, eventually a lady from housekeeping came out and asked what was going on and she told him to call the manager, our problem was fixed in 2 minutes, I just wished he would have called when I first asked and didn’t leave me standing there. The room was fine, a little small, we were a little disappointed there was no bathtub since we have kids with us, and there was some housekeeping issues, some dust, we found a goldfish cracker behind the chair, a half a roll of toilet paper left with no back up roll in the room, and no place to hang wet bathing suits but nothing huge. We liked the large fridge, the fact the window opened and the beds were fine and tons of tv channels. My kids liked the pool, I found it cold, but the large hot tub was nice. The breakfast was a standard smaller hotel breakfast, the hotel watery eggs, one day was bacon the next was cut up hot dogs I think, waffles, yogurt, cereal and toast. We loved the location, tons of stores and restaurants to walk to. If I was in town again I would stay here again, hopefully with a bathtub next time.

Great Hotel
Pros:

Good location, close to shopping and restaurants. Nice breakfast (they even had real ham on the breakfast selection). Quiet hotel.

Location, indoor pool and very nice workers

Cons:

Breakfast was so awful I had to do it somewhere else the 2nd day (even if I paid for it in advance) the WI-FI wasn’t working, they mowed the grass at 7 in the morning and it felt like it was inside my room. The shower pressure was poor.

Would defiantly stay here or recommend other to stay!
Pros:

The staff was very good and the Hotel we very clean. The beds were fairly comfortable, and the pool area looked to very well maintained.

Cons:

The coffee on the first day wasn't real great and my son said the apple juice just tasted like water. So pretty minor complaints.

Didnthe required 2 rooms for a birthday party and was still placed on the 3rd floor, with a service dog. No consideration of those request that were given to the property well over 3 weeks to a month notice of such visit
