We came back to stay here for the second time because we had an excellent experience for the first time. We will definitely come back again!

Comfy but noisy
Pros:

I liked the location, the king suite was very clean and the bed was comfortable

Cons:

How much noise ! You can hear the people in the room above walking, talking,& even hear their toilet flush as if they were right next to you. No sound proofing at all.

Not a lot of seating at pool, breakfast wasn’t the greatest not much for options, I asked for more towels, never received them, not super friendly and didn’t give very helpful directions to find our room

Good stay over all
Pros:

Location was great and the hot tub was nice
And the staff were very nice and friendly

Cons:

Internet stopped working a couple times and one time lasted for 15 hours which doesn’t help when you need to work

Absolutely Wonderful ... WOW truly Unexpected 😊
Pros:

Staff ... desk & service, were exceptional. They were very helpful & the thing that resonated most with me was their joy @ their jobs ... laughter is wonderful 2 hear.
Facility was Clean & Quiet & Exceeded my expectations.
Breakfast was good & set-up was tidy.
I will definitely b back & tell All my Family & friends. Thx, Belle-Marie

Overall it was a good experience with a few unforeseen hiccups
Pros:

We liked the location of the property. The room was wonderful, however we weren’t prepared for the loudness of the pool area, as it was very noticeable inside the room. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Parking was an issue as we arrived late and many occupants were already there. Sadly enough many of them were not parked properly in the parking spaces at the hotel and this resulted in fewer spaces available for late arrivals. Fortunately we were able to squeeze into a small spot at the back of the hotel for our overnight stay.
