It was good experience. Food and stay was really nice.

Location is very convenient. It is on the main road. Room is very neat and comfortable. Very good atmosphere and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Food is also very delicious. Overall, a perfect stay for solo travellers.

Is very good hotel in the foot hill of Tirumala with very good staff and food. Special mention to Mr.Haresh who makes our stay hastle free with advance booking and our checkin process smooth and our board rooms well supplemented

We conducted our boardroom meeting at Hotel Pai Viceroy, and the experience was excellent. The boardroom was clean, well-maintained, and professionally arranged. The ambience and facilities were perfect for a smooth and productive meeting. Mr. Naresh was very supportive and ensured everything was coordinated efficiently. Overall, a great venue for corporate meetings

A long due trip to Tirupati was fulfilled and so perfectly and the stay at Pai Viceroy Hotel, played an important role as I was travelling solo and I felt so much at ease and at home the minute I entered the reception on 2nd Feb 2026 late evening!

I had found many a hotels while researching but the three main reasons I stuck with this one was that it was rated very safe for solo women travellers and secondly for its perfect location and thirdly it was owned by a fellow GSB like me..which gave me some silly comfort during my apprehensions about solo travel.

The staff at the reception are very warm and helpful. The check in was super quick and smooth. I loved the option on their website of paying 50% in advance for the booking and the rest once you check in! My mountain facing room was super neat and I had views of the Kapilatheertam Temple lighting right from my room window. Most importantly, the room had a safe wherein I left my brand new Samsung S25 ultra, extra cash, digital watch etc when I visited Tirumala for the darshan. A number safe in the room is most important as most temples in Tirupati do not allow electronic items including digital watches and many leave these items with their cab drivers or locker rooms at the temple.

On the first evening I explored their gorgeous Gufha multi cuisine restaurant on the top floor (5th)..loved the way they have created a playarea for kids in this concept restaurant.

Though, I was shown many restaurants enroute by the cab driver, which serve good thali meals, I loved the food at Pai Viceroy that I just did not feel the need to try any other restaurants during my 3 nights stay. Loved the gulab jamuns and the dosa's...the South Indian in me was truly happy! The breakfast spread is good and the filter coffee is fantastic.

They do have a travel desk at the hotel but I did not use their services.

Location of this hotel is just perfect close to Kapila Theertam temple 500 mtrs, Iskcon Temple 1 km and gates to Tirumala just about 2kms away. The bus stop for local AC buses plying to Tirumala is few steps away from the hotel. On my 3rd evening here I did a walking tour of 3 temples in the near vicinity.

I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to revisit Pai Viceroy Tirupati in the near future.

We had a good experience hosting our HR event at Pai Viceroy Hotel, Tirupati.. The property is well maintained and perfectly suited for corporate conferences. The conference hall setup, food quality, and overall hospitality were impressive and contributed to a smooth event.

I have been to Hote Pai Viceroy Tirupathi last week for an official purpose. Good property for Business/Work/ Personal related stay purpose with clean room, courteous staff with good service. A special mention of MrNaresh Sales manager who ensured both smooth check-in & check-out and timely response/support .

Excellent experience we got from Pai Viceroy team especially Mr. NARESH the way he approach , humbleness and great cooperation for our optical expo we have conducted on 22nd Feb. It was amazing experience . Ambiance and the food especially Chitti mutyala mutton biriyani and chicken korma was excellent. All participants enjoyed and loved it thanks.

Our three days' stay was pleasant. Rooms were compact but neat. House keeping by Padmini, Sajid excellent; supervised by B. Subramanyam in 4th floor. Breakfast was wide spread and good. Restaurant staff Guna, Vinod, Sridevi (with spectacles... unsure of the name) and Avantika, supervised by Mr Chandrasekhar, were attentive. Mrs Haseena Bee, house keeping member, always maintained neatness in the restaurant and in the front office. Overall experience was very good.

The front office staff viz., Hemanth, Jaideep, Naveen and Sonia need special mention. These are quite efficient and committed, with a zeal to serve the customers, despite the every day heavy rush, ensuring smooth check-in and flexible check out process.

Mr Balachandra has got very good manners. He is successfully leading his team. He is also lucky to have such agile front office executives.

Only glitch is that reply mails sent by me before arrival to the given email ID went unnoticed by backend/reservations team. They need not call if mails are promptly attended. Time to focus attention on this one.

My stay at Pai Viceroy, Tirupati was truly wonderful and memorable. From the moment I arrived, everything was handled with such smooth coordination and warmth that it felt less like a hotel and more like being cared for by family. We felt very safe travelling as only two women!!

The housekeeping team maintained impeccable cleanliness throughout, the travel desk ensured seamless support with local planning, and the restaurant staff provided attentive and kind service every single time for every request!!! Very attentive 👏

What stood out the most was the genuine hospitality and the way every department worked together so effortlessly. The service was not just professional, it was heartfelt.

Excellent stay. The hospitality offered is no less than the best of the 5 star hotels. The food is excellent as well. Hot water is available 24/7. Rooms are very clean, comfortable with ac, fan. The location is very close to Kapilateertham and the Thirumala check-point. Lot of ATMs near-by including the bus stop to head to Thirumala. Extremely high value for money. Tip: Book directly from the Pai Viceroy web-site. That offers the lowest rates.

Our stay at the hotel was overall fine, though not without its ups and downs.

Positives:

Breakfast was nice and enjoyable.

The room wasn’t very spacious, but when requested, the staff provided an extra bed which was helpful.

Negatives:

* The check-in staff explained that snacks in the room were chargeable, which felt confusing and inconvenient—especially with kids, since it’s hard to monitor what they eat. The explanation wasn’t clear and didn’t feel welcoming. Moreover why the need of keeping those in room if it is not provided. My suggestion - have a snacks counter or vending machine on every floor.

* The extended stay charges were poorly communicated. I was fine paying extra for 6–7 hours, but the way the figures were explained seemed inconsistent. Later, another staff member quoted an additional 1K on top, which felt fishy.

* Regarding cab booking - The travel desk wasn’t much help. I’d recommend booking cabs from outside instead.

Overall:
A decent stay with good breakfast and responsive service when asked, but the communication and customer handling need improvement.

I did two rooms booking for two nights stay through Hotel Manager Sri Bala.
Our stay was excellent in all aspects from smooth checkin, house keeping, dining and till check out.
We stayed in suite rooms with hill view.
Very nice.
Break fast pure vegetarian dishes and delicious. Hot dosa and puri were served. Main Credit goes to Mr Bala and the chef.
And the best part is vegetarian restaurant at ground floor and non vegetarian restaurant in top floor.
So, for vegetarians like us, it was very much comforting.
Enough car parking also.

In future, whenever going to Tirupathi, we will stay in this hotel without any further thinking.

Venue is good, no extra decoration is needed, best place for formal meetings and gatherings, staff are polite and menu is good. Mr naresh sales manager is so polite and we are happy with their staffs service.
Parking is available at venue.

Just had the most epic meeting in the hotel's boardroom. The room was sleek, modern, and had all the tech we needed. Special shoutout to Naresh, who provided top-notch service - he was attentive, and made sure full filled our needs! 🙌 The buffet was so good...loved the food!
