Delightful stay
Pros:

Location, good parking, very comfortable bed and well appointed room. Great views from room 715. The coffee maker in our room was a little clunky but we managed. Breakfast was included and for the first 2 days we ate in the Cafe while the restaurant was renovated but it opened for the remaining 2 days and it was fabulous. We also enjoyed room service and used the laundry facilities. We will definately stay again!

The coffee machine in our room and the coffee machine at the buffet breakfast.

Great stay
Pros:

It was comfortable and quiet.

Cons:

There is no bathroom signs near the pool and no signage to tell you to dry off before entering.
The towels provided do not dry your body, so they were not helpful. A members of staff told me not to come inside without drying off. I apologised and other hotel stayers made comments to me in the elevator about how that scold made them feel uncomfortable.

really lovely stay, my first work trip. I hope I get to come again :)
Pros:

Sarah from the restaurant made me laugh and made me feel very comfortable. This being my first meal alone I was a bit nervous.
the pallet cleanse was a nice touch.
Coffee made at the bar was really nice and I enjoyed watching the sunrise by the pool. Unfortunate about mosquitos but that cant be helped :)

Cons:

Actually had ants crawling in my bed, Room (603 ) from the headboard end, but again not much anyone can do about that.

Pros:

I had room service dinner. The view was excellent from the 5th floor balcony.

Cons:

I ordered Fish, chips and salad for 2, plus a garlic bread. 3 meals arrived. the staff did take the 3rd meal away and didn't credit me for the 3rd meal which I appreciate. the fish was way over cooked, as the batter was a dark brown. this in no way reflects on the service, or appearance of this hotel chain. which has been excellent during my previous stays at Ridges Palmerston.
