Pros:

A lot of bang for your buck. Remember..this is not a 5-star accomodation. But you get a BIG room, a good bed (mattress is a bit hard, which I prefer), clean, and the people working at the front desk are very friendly..
Location is walking distance to the beach (about 10 minutes), and you'll pass plenty of eateries on the way there.

Wifi - did not work or slow
Wifi - the password changes daily so you have to go and get a new one from reception every 24 hours(no one had explained this to us so we did not know why the wifi had stopped working).
Wifi - use either phone or laptop NOT both.If you try you are kicked off.
We we were placed in a room around the back from the main hotel. We had asked for a high room on the upper floors and were on the ground floor.
No tea/coffee in the room.
Overpriced.

학교 주변이라 저렴하구요...
다만 헤어드라이기가 없어서 좀 불편했어요.
그리고 500받 맏겨야 해요.. 체크아웃 할때 돌려줍니다.
나머지는 괞찮았어요. 직원들도 잘 도와주고...

Disappointing overall.
Pros:

Ist hotel i have had to pay a cash deposit. Worst room, 1st room next to the office on the ground floor. Phone number for hotel is not the correct number displayed on expedia hotel website. Walked into the room, used the tired old bathroom, walked out and collected the deposit and found a better, much better hotel.
