The location and the overall atmosphere. Also, breakfast was good.
We had to wait 3 hours for the main course to come in the restaurant - that was too much waiting. We were the first to come to the restaurant and the last ones to be served. Not good.

Ruukin koski oli ihana, ympäristö huikea.
Hotellihuoneessa oli ikeaa 🥺voisiko tällaisessa paikassa voisi panostaa laatuun.
Majoitustilat, ympäristö, rauhallisuus & henkilökunta aivan ensiluokkaista.
Ainoa miinus aamupalan kahvi oli laimeaa & työkoneiden äänet terassin ympärillä häiritsivät leppoisaa aamupalahetkeä.
Varauksen yksityiskohdat olivat tismalleen kuten kuvissa.
Huone oli raikas,puhdas,siisti ja niin tyylikäs.
Uskomaton , melkein henkeä salpaavan kaunis miljöö kutsui kuin itsestään tutustumaan viihtyisään ympäristöön.
Maisema huoneesta oli Wau x2 ! 😍
Vainiolan yhteistilat olivat juuri niin upeat kuin kuvista saattoi päätellä.
Henkilökunta oli todella osaavaa, ihanaa ja tarkkaa.
Erittäin hyvinhoidettu valtava alue jossa kaikki oli tehty viimeisen päälle.
Upea ruokailutila jossa maistuva aamiainen.

Huoneen sänky liian matala ja pehmeä. Huoneessa ei vedenkeitintä. Wc-paperirullateline toiminnallisesti mahdottomassa paikassa eli selän takana.
