Tutto perfetto ad eccezione del letto, che sia per me che la mia compagna è risultato molto scomodo.
Pros:

Posizione perfetta per esplorare il centro di Torino, pulizia adeguata, palazzo signorile, accoglienza molto empatica e disponibile.

Cons:

Direi che l'unica cosa davvero fastidiosa è stata il materasso del letto, molto duro e scomodo, oltre ai cuscini, due a persona, ma entrambi leggerissimi, senza scelta per chi preferisce un cuscino più sostenuto. Peccato, mal di schiena assicurato.

If you decide to book, make sure you are on a low floor or else use the shower when no one else is.
Pros:

The staff are nice and helpful, the place is spotless and the location excellent.

Cons:

I very rarely write negative reviews, but this hotel knew it had an issue with its hot-water pressure and pretended it was a local problem when I reported it. They eventually admitted it was a structural problem and gave me a partial refund for starting fours workdays under little or no hot water.
