Séjour reposant et ensoleillé
Pros:

La propreté, le calme, l’accueil, la vue et la piscine.

Cons:

Les rideaux qui sont censé remplacer des volets. Le matin vous vous ferez réveiller par le soleil. Les enfants amène des jouets gonflables dans la piscine, normalement interdit.

La courtoisie du personnel de service au restaurant

Cons:

Nous avons séjourné à l’Aparthotel Novo Mar à Paguera en septembre 2025 et avons été très déçus.
L’annonce indiquait clairement que l’appartement était climatisé, mais le système d’air climatisé ne fonctionnait pas du tout.

Après avoir demandé à changer de chambre, nous avons pu constater que l’air climatisé fonctionnait bien dans une autre unité — preuve que notre premier appartement avait un problème réel.
Il s’agissait d’ailleurs de la dernière unité disponible, ce qui explique sans doute pourquoi elle était encore libre.

Malgré nos démarches sur place et quatre suivis auprès de Booking.com, aucune reconnaissance ni compensation ne nous ont été accordées.

Expérience très décevante, tant pour le service client de l’hôtel que pour celui de Booking.com.
Je ne recommande pas cet établissement et conseille de vérifier directement les équipements avant de réserver.

.Worthless. Waste of energy and time.
Cons:

The hotel was misrepresented on the website. There was no signage, the bar and restaurant were non-existent. There was no office readily visible. We decided to find a different place to stay. This was a total waste of our time and energy. The so-called apartments appear from the outside to be in disrepair.
I would strongly urge everyone to stay away until they get their act together.

Perfekte Lage, zentral und dennoch ruhig. Tolle Bar direkt gegenüber (Minibar). Freundliches Personal, leckeres Frühstück, sehr geräumig, schöner Pool. Moderne Ausstattung, 2m breites Doppelbett

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in ihrem Hotel.
Pros:

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in ihrem Hotel.
Die Zimmer waren großzügig mit guten Betten.Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichlich und abwechslungsreich.
Am besten hat unserem Enkel der Pool gefallen.
