Great hotel and staff where very friendly and attentive.
Pros:

We had a great time staying at The Grand Hyatt Rio. The room was spacious, clean and fitted with all mod cons.
What stood out most was that the staff were available to help with anything that we needed. In particular the check-in staff member Erick Mesquita he was a star and at breakfast each morning Renan Roseno made me a coffee with Oat milk and a hot chocolate for my partner. What made breakfast special was that he remembered what we liked to drink from the previous day and made it personal.

Cons:

The only thing that was a bit of a negative was the price of the rooms and the fact that we could not have a late checkout.

Nos encantó la amplitud y comodidad de la habitación, la tranquilidad del hotel y la excelente atención del personal, especialmente en el Grand Club y el bar de la piscina. Queremos destacar particularmente la amabilidad y dedicación de Joffrey Gil, Julia Hasana y Gabriel Keles, quienes hicieron nuestra estancia aún más especial.
La piscina temperada, el excelente menú infantil y, sobre todo, la experiencia del Grand Club, que definitivamente vale la pena, fueron otros aspectos que disfrutamos muchísimo.

Atendimento deixa muito a desejar. Tive uma péssima experiência no check-in do hotel. Peguei 1h30 de trânsito pra chegar do aeroporto pro hotel. Fiquei mais 1h parada, em pé, na fila do check-in. Tinham poucas pessoas na fila, uns 5 atendentes e uma demora absurda. Eu fiquei super nervosa porque vim de outro Estado, peguei trânsito, estava cansada e fiquei nessa espera absurda. Não porque aconteceu algo, mas sim pela falta de preparo no atendimento. Também não gostei do atendimento no restaurante Cantô. Quem deixou a experiência um pouco melhor foi a Susana. Sem ela, teria sido um desastre também.

Uma funcionária tocou a campainha do meu quarto as 9:00 para saber sobre consumo, sem sentido. Recebi uma ligação não identificada no meio da tarde do dia anterior. Atrapalhou o descanso. Funcionário do restaurante um pouco ríspido no início, corrigindo do meio para o final.
