Pros:

La atencion del personal en general es muy buena. la habitaciones comodas y muy limpias. El resto shizo es muy bueno.

Cons:

La atencion en el resto canto no fue muy buena y la relacion precio calidad tampoco. No se si es porque estaba muy lleno el hotel pero no habia suficientes reposeras en la playa y en la pileta.

Pros:

Destaco la limpieza, aromas en todos los lugares del hotel, buen gym variedad de maquinas ,personal alegre y siempre dispuestos a resolver cualquier inquietud. Reposeras en la playa comodas.

La playa no es privada por lo cual abundan los vendedores ambulantes que a la larga aburren .

Atendimento 5 estrelas, foi excelente!
Pros:

Quarto amplo, limpíssimo e muito confortável.
Um agradecimento ao Staff da recepção (Ana e Gustavo) que foram muito amáveis.

Cons:

El hotel es amplio y cómodo. La habitación está muy bien. El balcón es un plus. El restaurante japonés es increíble!

El hotel está muy bien y la gente súper amable. Pero señalo detalles: No reponían siempre las cápsulas de café. Nos tocaron un día el timbre -temprano a la mañana- para saber si hacían la limpieza. Otro día encontramos la puerta del cuarto abierta. Y tardaban en retirar los platos q la gente dejaba en los pasillos. Son detalles pequeños

La vista de la habitación con ventanas al océano que contratamos, en el piso 7.

Al llegar a las 15hs nos atendió Ana, y nos dijo que en unos minutos estaría la habitación disponible. Consulté a los 45 minutos y nada, hora y cuarto y nada, si no fuera por el compromiso con el hotel de Alex Sandro que no podía creer que siguiéramos esperando no se cuándo habilitaban la habitación. Así que una hora y media después de haber llegado pudimos acceder a la habitación. Nunca me pasó en otro hotel. A la salida tuvieron una atención de menos de 200 reales, menos de U$S 50 , parece que es lo que valía el no poder descansar en la habitación a la hora pactada. Me hubiera gustado en días no tan calurosos como los de este fin de marzo, que la piscina hubiera estado un poquito más calentita.
