Falta capacitação para funcionários.
Pros:

Já me hospedei diversas vezes, o espaço do hotel é muito bom, e a localização, afastado, resulta numa praia mais exclusiva. Café da manhã muito bom.

Cons:

Infelizmente o serviço deixa a desejar, e desta vez passamos por uma situação extremamente complicada, fomos jantar no restaurante japonês (Shiso) e o recepcionista (Ramiro) foi arrogante e mal educado, mesmo nós estando com reserva e varias mesas do restaurante vazias, nos fez aguardar no bar. Na sequência outro funcionário (Bernardo), não nos chamou para mesa, e foi muito grosseiro com uma das mulheres do grupo, inclusive orientou aos garçons para não atender a mesma, definitivamente mal treinados, mal educados e sem capacitação para trabalhar num hotel 5 estrelas, uma pena, acabei cancelando nossa proxima estadia.

An exceptional stay with spotless facilities and the most welcoming staff.
Pros:

The hotel features high-end, impeccably maintained, and spotless facilities, along with a top-quality breakfast. But the real star here is the staff. This is one of the few places where every single person I interacted with, from the front desk and valet to the on-site venues, delivered a fantastic experience. They are extremely polite, courteous, and genuinely eager to help and exceed expectations.
