Lujosas vacaciones de disfrute, relax y confort.
Pros:

Me gusta el hotel, su arquitectura y servicios que prestan. Destaco con énfasis la atención del personal, chef Angelica, que nos deleitó con platos deliciosos, la amabilidad, gentileza y excelente disposición de: Jaffrey, Julio, Edinaldo,Leo, Bruno y Marce.
Fernanda, quien nos orientó en lo referente al turismo, el profesor Igor, con sus clases personalizadas y un agradecimiento a todo el personal de limpieza. El hotel cuenta con un excelente restaurante, Shiso, que brinda una experiencia única de comida.

Cons:

Las almohadas deberían ser renovadas, les sentí olor. Algunas sábanas y toallas del SPA están deterioradas.
Falta mantenimiento en ascensores, de 20 días , solo funcionaron dos. Falta mantenimiento en pintura, los colchones también deberían ser renovados.
Por último, en el SPA, a mi hija le realizaron un tratamiento facial anti age, una persona que no sabía lo que debía hacer, exfoliando con torpeza su rostro y dejándolo irritado, sensible y dañado. Hasta el punto que debió ser atendida de nuevo para reparar las lesiones y el dinero fue reintegrado. Lo cual no quita la mala experiencia. El tratamiento facial y masajista no estuvieron a la altura y al nivel de excelencia del resto de tratamientos y personal del SPA.

Quick 1 night stay. Great experience.
Pros:

A little further out from Rio center but the facilities are great and the beach was very nice. It is just across the road from the hotel.
Very good experience as a globalist . Early checkin and the Lounge was very good as well

Todo el hotel en general es hermoso. El gym muy bien equipado,el servicio de playa es un 10. El desayuno muy completo. La estética me encantó. Suma muchos detalles que hacen muy agradable la estadía.

Cons:

Yo pagué una habitación con cama extra grande y nos dieron una habitación con una cama matrimonial más pequeña aproximadamente de 1.60 o 1.70 m y con el colchón deformado del uso seguramente.
Y cuando lo informe en recepción me respondieron que todas las camas eran iguales no importaba la categoría de la habitación. Cosa que evidentemente en un hotel de esta categoría no es verdad. Por eso le bajo dos puntos. El resto es tan bueno que hizo que valiera la pena.

Estadia maravilhosa , área da piscina tranquila e agradável, funcionários educados e simpáticos . O quarto com linda vista para o mar é bem decorado ,com cama confortável e ótimo chuveiro. Café da manhã excelente com pães variados e várias opções de frutas , queijos , ovos , frios e pequeno almoço distribuídos em vários setores servidos por cozinheiros. Recomendo reserva no restaurante Shiso ! Comida excelente ! Adoramos e voltaremos !
