Comodidades da estrutura.
Pros:

A estrutura do todo hotel é ótima, comodidades como o espaço kids, piscina aquecida, academia completa e serviço de cadeiras e toalhas na praia superam a média dos hotéis da região. Há variedade de atividades e a localização é o ponto alto. Pois a praia é limpa, vazia e não há bagunça no entorno. O bar Cantô, à noite, merece a visita. Bons drinks e ambiente aconchegante.

Cons:

Os restaurantes tem cardápios bons, mas não há tantas opções. Poderiam elevar ao nível geral do hotel. Os cardápios estão abaixo, principalmente da piscina. Frequento o hotel há 7 anos e o cardápio não muda o que nos leva a procurar almoço fora do hotel, pela falta de variedades.

Grand Hyatt exceeded all expectations!
Pros:

The decision to stay at this property was absolutely SPOT ON! The Grand Hyatt is superb in every way. It is a bit of distance from the cacophony of Copacabana and Ipanema - and that’s a great positive factor. The property is truly exclusive, safe, the beach opposite is perfect and easily accessible - and most of all, the staff were utterly utterly professional. The concierge (Divino Borges) deserves a special mention as well as the staff in the lounge (Leone and all others). Loved every minute of our stay here! The lounge access is well worth it too. I hope to be back soon for a longer stay!

Cons:

There is absolutely nothing to dislike! In my honest opinion. The rooms are spacious and if you can, do book a room with sea view and lounge access.
