Pros:

Excelente ubicación! En el corazón del centro de Playa del Carmen, estaba cerca de todo para moverse a pie.
La limpieza excelente.
La habitación súper cómoda, amplia.
Las camas cómodas, las almohadas también!
El roof top Divino!!!!

Extremely central but for the balue of money better to take something facing the beach

Cons:

Staff at the reception was nit very nice
The pictures are photoshoped you dont have a view on the sea if you are on first floor (only two floors)
You have a view on an ither building so the balcony was of no use

موقع الفندق ممتاز ومساحة الغرفه رائعة والسرير مريح جداً

رائحة الغرفه سيئة ويوجد موسيقى في ممرات الفندق جداً مزعجة وكذلك يوجد موسيقى عاليه جدا في فالخارج، وكذلك خدمة صف السيارات جداً سيئه لايوجد تعاون ابدا يجب عليك ان تذهب بنفسك لتطلب من احد اخذ سيارتك

Pros:

Very nice decor, nice rooftop and pool. Staff was nice, centrally located at the 5th avenue close to all restaurants and stores.

Cons:

Also location in my lowlights, as restaurants and bars nearby are open until 3-4am, during the nights it is very loud.

Over-priced and not worthy of the Hyatt name
Pros:

Good location and one very helpful member of staff - the porter Pablo.

Cons:

Breakfasts very over priced and poor value with bad service - pool area terrible with bad service and very loud music. Uninterested reception staff.

Escapada de fin de semana en Playa del Carmen
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena en playa del Carmen. Es un hotel con algunos años que antes era el Thompson y tiene algunos detalles de calidad y otros de no tanta calidad... La piscina del hotel es muy bonita en el ROOF TOP pero el agua es fria.

Cons:

La ubicación junto a todos los antros con música a todo volumen hasta las 2 am complica el descanso profundo. Hubiera sido bueno tener cristales dobles con sello de gas y puertas herméticas para la terraza. El servicio de alberca es muy malo y el cobrar por utilizar las "cabañas" a los huéspedes me parece de muy mal gusto. También me parece muy triste que si uno pide una bebida (GIN TONIC ) llegue la mesera Karen con una bebida con agua con gas y no TONICA porque no tienen... Mejor no ofrecer bebidas si no saben o no quieren atender a un cliente.
