Over-priced and not worthy of the Hyatt name
Pros:

Good location and one very helpful member of staff - the porter Pablo.

Cons:

Breakfasts very over priced and poor value with bad service - pool area terrible with bad service and very loud music. Uninterested reception staff.

Escapada de fin de semana en Playa del Carmen
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena en playa del Carmen. Es un hotel con algunos años que antes era el Thompson y tiene algunos detalles de calidad y otros de no tanta calidad... La piscina del hotel es muy bonita en el ROOF TOP pero el agua es fria.

Cons:

La ubicación junto a todos los antros con música a todo volumen hasta las 2 am complica el descanso profundo. Hubiera sido bueno tener cristales dobles con sello de gas y puertas herméticas para la terraza. El servicio de alberca es muy malo y el cobrar por utilizar las "cabañas" a los huéspedes me parece de muy mal gusto. También me parece muy triste que si uno pide una bebida (GIN TONIC ) llegue la mesera Karen con una bebida con agua con gas y no TONICA porque no tienen... Mejor no ofrecer bebidas si no saben o no quieren atender a un cliente.

Sämre än Hyatts övriga hotell
Pros:

Rummet var bra och rymligt. Bra läge om man vill bo centralt i Playa Del Carmen.

Cons:

Frukosten var enformig och inte speciellt bra. Poolområdet och hotellet ser bättre ut på bilderna än i verkligheten. Servicen var oftast långsam och det skulle vara trevligt att personalen skulle hälsa på sina gäster. Sämre standard än på flesta Hyatts hotell.

Chyba najbardziej zapamiętam hałas i głośną muzykę, a szkoda ponieważ sam hotel był bardzo fajny.
Pros:

Duże i ładne pokoje. Czystość. Hotel jest ładny, chociaż ma już swoje lata. Rooftop i baseny są rewelacyjne.

Cons:

Ciężko jest mi ocenić jednoznacznie ten hotel. Lokalizacja jest zaletą i jednocześnie przekleństwem. Hotel położony jest przy głównej ulicy i logiczne, że może być tam głośniej, ale takiego hałasu się nie spodziewaliśmy. Ciężko jest siedzieć na balkonie i rozkoszować się pobytem. Nie da się nawet obejrzeć filmu, ponieważ wieczorem już nic nie słychać. Hałas od klimatyzatorów na dachu centrum handlowego, ekstremalnie głośna muzyka z restauracji, a potem pobliskiej dyskoteki do 4 rano. Jeśli zamknie się drzwi to jeszcze da się to wytrzymać. Jednak raz o 3 w nocy pod hotelem grali na trąbkach muzycy do godziny 5.30 w nocy. Nie było możliwości żeby zasnąć. Jednego dnia popołudniu zaczął na basenie grać DJ. Gości nie było dużo i raczej były to starsze osoby. Nie dało się swobodnie rozmawiać. Następnie zaczęła grać Pani DJ, która na prośby przyciszenia muzyki zaczęła krzyczeć na gości, że jak im się nie podoba to mogę iść gdzie indziej, a to jest jej czas na grę. ISTNY KOSZMAR!!!! ZE WZGLĘDY NA HAŁAS JUŻ NIGDY NIE WRÓCIMY DO TEGO HOTELU.

Buona posizione ma troppo rumore

Della struttura mi è piaciuta l’ubicazione perché è in centro.

Cons:

Tuttavia non mi è piaciuto il fatto che si trovi sopra alcune discoteche: per questo motivo non siamo riusciti a dormire fino alle quattro del mattino a causa del rumore. Addirittura nel comodino mettono dei tappi per le orecchie, quindi evidentemente sanno che da quel lato dell’hotel è difficile dormire.

Questo non mi è piaciuto per niente. Dovrebbero installare dei vetri più isolanti per proteggere meglio dal rumore.

Inoltre non mi è piaciuto il fatto che l’hotel non abbia un parcheggio. Bisogna quindi arrangiarsi lasciando l’auto in un parcheggio privato e portare le valigie fino alla struttura, il che è piuttosto scomodo. Inoltre il parcheggio non è nemmeno convenzionato con l’hotel.

La atención del personal, hacen el mínimo indispensable, hay que estarlos buscando e insistiendo para que te atiendan y a veces ni así.
