Pesima bienvenida. Indiferencia y negativas de parte de la recepcion y del encargado. No obtuve la habitacion por la que habia pagado, pese a haberlo reiteradamente exigido. Yo compre una estadia en una habitacion con una cama doble, y me entregaron una habitacion con dos camas simples, lo que me es altamente insatisfactorio e incomodo Reclame al encargado Dario Rojas, mostrandole mi reserva impresa que claramente indicaba una cama doble, pero se nego a satisfacerlo, indicando que debia reclamar a Booking!!!
