Breakfast was pretty ok. Air conditioning worked ok. View from the upper floor window was nice.

Cons:

The room was quite shabby, but ok for just sleeping for one night.

I wasn't scammed, but I recognized the traps mentioned by previous reviewers. When checking out, I was only asked two questions:
1) Did I drink the water in the room (there were two bottles in the fridge)? They even went back to check the room! Luckily I hadn't, otherwise I would have been charged for it.
2) Second, I was asked if I wish to leave my luggage in the storage. Without mentioning the huge hourly charge for bag storage that previous reviewers have mentioned.

They didn't ask if I enjoyed my stay or how my room was. They weren't interested in anything else, except the possibility of charging more.
