Very convenient location for our visit.
They were out of items at breakfast. No muffins or pastries. No lids for coffee cups. Juice & water machine out of order. Staff were very nice though.
All the staff we met were very friendly. Everything was very clean & neat. Enjoyed the stay.
The seat in the handicap bath is awful! The shower curtain pulls around in a way so that water runs all over the floor. Had to use the towels to soak it up! Clogged bath drain ….. slow to drain.

Angela the night clerk would not honor our reservation so we had to rent a room because she said that when we booked the room on Wednesday that room was not available so she didn’t understand why bookings gave us that room!! So the manager named Casey fixed the mess!!

My son and I stayed here before moving into Roger State Uni - being from the UK and having had a long journey and also being quite an emotional time for me (mum) leaving my son on his college journey the reception we had from the staff was lovely - thank you.

Easy check in and departure
It was very spacious, quiet, and centrally located to a lot restaurants and stores
The room was slight cold, but you were able to adjust that with the wall thermostat. Wish however that the fridge had a freezer component.
Food was decent.
Couldn't watch TV. They couldn't fix it. Wouldn't fix it. Air conditioner couldn't be turned down. We were freezing!
Every time I have stayed there, it is super clean, great location, friendly staff!
