The room was alright, front desk staff were very helpful and polite. Breakfast was good too.
Housekeeping seems to be lacking just a bit at this location. If this were any other hotel chain I would have been surprised, but from a Hampton I expected more. The pool was almost completely out of towels and I noticed that the hamper for used towels was nearly overflowing. The pool itself seemed kind of dirty on the bottom. I saw what looked like a few dead bugs in there. The equipment in the gym was run down, TV screens on the treadmill weren't working. We had some friends who stayed in another room on the same night and they told us that the shampoo and conditioner bottles in their shower were empty. We also tried to check in roughly 1 hour early but were told that the housekeeping hadn't cleared our rooms or any other rooms yet. I thought this was odd.

AC in first room did not work and maintenance guy tried to convince it was ok. But they did switch our room and all was well in the second room.
Super friendly staff, free parking and fast internet, location is great very close by shopping area.
You know what to expect at a Hampton Inn, and this one was great. The rooms were very spacious, comfortable, and clean, the bed was very comfortable, and there are streaming services available on the large screen TV. The breakfast is above average ... the eggs were fluffy and fresh, and other options were also good and fresh. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly, particularly Shelby who checked us in in the evening. Dickinson is the place to stay if you are exploring Theadore Roosevelt National Park ... it's an easy 30 minute drive, and worth it because of all the options for hotels and dining in Dickinson. We traveled with my sister and brother-in-law, and we all said we were happy we chose the Hampton Inn, it exceeded our expectations.
Nothing that we didn't like about the Hampton Inn. It would have been great if there was on site dining. There are options for dining nearby, but I couldn't recommend either the Applebees there or the Dairy Queen (not enough help). Shopping centers and grocery stores are close.

One front desk lady wasn’t the friendliest. The pool was hard to enjoy with over the top kids and balls being thrown everywhere.
