The room seemed clean but the building was well worn.
Pros:

It seemed clean, and the staff was helpful.

Cons:

The in-room coffee pot heated the water but the water leaked out into the tray rather in the cup. The soap dispensers were empty. The TV wouldn’t work two different times.
The building has been well used. The furniture is well worn. The room walls were in need of repair.

Overall ok experience but I wouldn’t recommend someone stay here. The area is super sketchy and there’s much better hote
Pros:

I like the price and how big the rooms were.

Cons:

It’s in a very sketchy lot with two abandoned buildings it definitely doesn’t make you feel safe. My towel was dirty & the bathroom toilet paper dispenser was coming off the wall

Worth it.
Pros:

Everything was fine with the exceptions of having no elevators, ice machine, and especially breakfast. Was advertised as having a breakfast and there was none at all. The most positive was the desk clerk who was working when I checked in at night and was there still in the morning and when Checking out. She was friendly and helpful throughout. The value was very good.

Cons:

As already stated above, no breakfast, ice machine, and no
Elrvators.

I want my refund!
Pros:

I booked online , when I arrived the manager explained they had no hot water, after traveling for over 12 hrs that just wouldn’t work , for me nor my kids, I’m after finding out the room would be refunded but then I wouldn’t have enough money to get a different room at another location, being the refund would take 7 days, ,

The owner then says he would allow us to stay free of charger if we would agree to not have a shower ,

At this point I was so tired an so were my children , so I asked if as could just go do the doom that he was joins allow us to at least read,
Then suddenly he changed his mind , an said they wouldn’t accommodate us , for us to just leave! An we didn’t do anything wrong,

Supposedly they said they would refund us but still nothing

Cons:

The owners were rude and unprofessional, I want a refund for services I didn’t use at all!

Just as great the second time!
Pros:

Second time in 2 weeks we have stayed, and in the same room. Staff was excellent.

Cons:

The pool area could use a little fixing up to make it a more enjoyable place to sit and enjoy a nice day or evening.

Affordable and Comfortable!!
Pros:

I loved the spacious in the premium king size room. The comfort of the bed plus the sofa. We too enjoyed our mini fridge, microwave plus all other essentials. The staff was very humble.

Cons:

We had to request for soap and shampoo plus conditioner; there was none in our room.
