I would like to have a balcony on my room other than that I liked it then I will return!
Pros:

The property was very clean. The customer service was excellent. The receptionist met. He was very helpful and communicated well with what I needed it. He is greatly appreciated. It was easy to find the location of the elevators and the other facilities in the hotel because they were labeled.

Cons:

My husband didn’t like that the mattress in the bed was firm, and the pillows were too soft. Everything was good to me.

Not Typical Hilton Quality
Pros:

NOT HILTON QUALITY There were several issues with our room on the 9th floor. The hall carpet is new and smelled strong but that's normal these days unfortunately. The bathroom door is too big for the small bathroom. The toilet is too low. The TV really sucked because we rented a movie on my YouTube but there's a device on their TV to prevent guests from watching movies unless purchased from the hotel. 🙄 The fridge wasn't adjustable and I was concerned about steak leftovers.

More pillows and bigger ones!!!

The views were epic of Roanoke. The bed was comfy. Dedrei was really nice at the front desk.

The hotel only has allergen ridden feather pillows, the staff “could not find” any pillow alternative in the entire hote

Great accommodations. Exceeded our expectations.
Pros:

The room was very spacious and accommodating. The bed was super comfortable and things were generally quite clean. The front desk staff was always helpful and made us feel welcome.
The cleaning staff was happy and fun to talk to besides doing a great job. All and all a great experience.

It's my second stay there in 2 years & I really love the locale,.

Good room, no tv internet connection.

The room size, bathroom and bed were great.

Cons:

Hampton Inn states they supply streaming tv. Upon our arrival we reported the tv could not connect to the internet. A very nice person came to fix it and replaced the batteries in the remote. We told him it was the internet connection. He didn't fix it. The next morning we reported again and left for the day. When we tried to connect to Netflix that night, message said it couldn't connect to internet. We reported again. The same person came again and still couldn't fix it. When we checked out I again said the streaming function never worked. She handed me her manager's card.
