Pros:

Came here bc Hotel Roanoke was not pet friendly. Loved the balcony. Loved the front desk experience, even after being checked in via text.

Cons:

The absolute only thing I missed was having a large magnifier mirror in the bathroom. So not a big deal. I loved the fluffy towels and the lotions and shampoos installed on the walls.

Yes, stay there
Pros:

Great location in the middle of town and near everything. Easy, convenient parking. Clean and quiet. And Matt, the young man at the front desk, was outstanding. In his own polite, kind, unassuming way, he is just what every front desk person should ideally be like. My wife and I are glad we stayed there. We heartily recommend it.

The damn ac didn't work just stayed on and the charged me 250 for smoking out side on the balcony how do u charge sumbody for being outside it's fuccin ridiculous 😒 definitely wudnt recommend and when I called the so called management didn't know or cudnt help me and tried to send me to a voicemail if u can't smoke on a balcony then idk where I'm suppose to smoke I even said at check in can I smoke on the balcony and was told yes by there employee and now I'm being charged 250 for not even smoking in the room it's wrong and the employee shunt have told me I cud
