Hair in the bathroom sink on arrival I have photos available
Location and everything was great!
I hadn't planned on staying at a hotel, but my husband was in the trauma center and had surgery that didn't end until 10:30 pm. It was after 11:00 when I was able to see him for a few minutes in the recovery room. I live an hour away and I was so physically and mentally exhausted. When I checked in just before midnight, the lady at the front desk was so very sweet. My room was quiet, the bed was amazing! I obviously didn't have anything with me, but I was able to get some toiletries from the front desk, that were complimentary. The breakfast was delicious, and the coffee was excellent! Oh, one other thing...the attached parking garage was a fabulous benefit. I was parking and going into the hotel in downtown Roanoke just before midnight, and I felt 100% safe!

We enjoyed the location close to eateries, a park for walking our dog, and enjoyed seeing such magnificent care of the old downtown buildings. We were only there for one night so it would be a place to come back to on other travels. The hotel is very well maintained and we loved the size of our room. Breakfast was filling and yummy.
The hotel itself was hard to get to inorder to check in due to part of the street being one way. We had to drive around several times to figure out how to park in the unloading area infront of the hotel.
