Great customer service.
Pros:

Location on the beach was acceptional and the proximity to coffee, food and shops was great. Each and every staff member was friendly and made us as comfortable as possible.

Cons:

The plumbing, the staff did their best to mitigate the issues.

It was good the beach is definitely what you’re paying for I wouldn’t stay again
Pros:

I loved the location and the beach was awesome!

Cons:

It could have been a lot cleaner, it was clean enough but definitely not the best. Dirty baseboard, vent fans covered in dust, walls dirty and stained and the tub was kind of gross but it was ok for a beach hotel with my family.

It was very pleasant but not fantastic
Cons:

the kitchenette was not as well equipped as we would expect. too many items missing and not available even when asked for.
