Pros:

Comfortable, friendly staff.

Cons:

The toilets were dirty and stained. Very loud, can hear traffic all night as it's right on the main road.

Location and staff are great and the price was good but you get what you pay for.
Pros:

The location is terrific and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Always nice to have breakfast included and it was decent enough but could have had a few more offerings.

Cons:

The hotel badly needs a renovation/update. It comes across very old and dated and a bit smelly. In our room, the two chairs, which was all we had to sit on other than the bed, had white stains all over them. Lampshades also had stains. The window curtains were old and barely hanging on. Door handles and other surfaces were dirty. Even the outside hotel sign lit up at night shows all sorts of what looks like mold or dirty and is very dull.

Disappointing
Pros:

Location of room was amazing.

Cons:

Breakfast was poor , little choice. Muffins were stale.
Room was very small for a king sized bed.
Heating system was extremely noisy all night, very disruptive to our sleep.

Overall all our stat is excellent. We enjoyed the free kayak and paddle board and pool and hot tub.

Rooms are a bit run down. A/C unit was broken. Pool and hot tub were shabby. Mattress was excellent.

Sausage, bacon, egg or some type of breakfast protein would have been good.

Nightmare Too Expensive Low Class Ugly

Worst Experience in my entire life The staff is rude. There are hidden fees. Hotel Rate is too high. The Hotel is run-down and not well-kept. Everything looks old and obsolete. It even smells. Super noisy. We had people screaming and fighting in the corridors. Cockroaches and spiders on the bed. Noisy drunk neiIghbors. Definitely this is a very low end tourist area with very low quality staff and absolutely no sense of service, and it was so expensive. I wish I'd never stayed on this place.
