Location and the friendly staff.
I got me by surprise that it was not a stand-alone hotel, but rather one floor of rooms in a building.
Znakomita lokalizacja, blisko Coloseum i Forum Romanum, zdecydowana większość najważniejszych zabytków w zasięgu spacerów.. Pięć minut do stacji metra w kierunkach na Watykan i dworzec Terminini. Bardzo uczynna obsługa na recepcji w hotelu, możliwe było wcześniejsze zameldowanie, a także zostawienie na kilka godzin bagaży po zakończeniu pobytu.
Niestety słabe śniadania. Nie dokładano kolejnych porcji pieczywa, pomidorów, warzyw i owoców, więc już na godzinę przed zamknięciem wybór stawał się mocno ograniczony, a kwadrans przed nim niemal symboliczny, poza płatkami śniadaniowymi i ciastem. Nie było też żadnej opcji na ciepło (jajecznicy czy kiełbasek). Przy cenie 12 euro za osobę zdecydowanie lepszą opcją jest korzystanie z licznych na tej samej ulicy i w przecznicach kafeterii i barów.

We really liked easy check - in, good breakfast and it was very clean and spacious.
The AC was a bit tricky. But all good.
The hotel is located just next to the Repubblica metro stop. Location wise it is excellent. You can visit all the major attractions either by foot or by metro. The hotel itself is located on the fourth floor, with an elevator stopping in front if the hotel entrance. Receptionists Victoria and Miriam are very helpful and go out of their way to help the guests in anything. Breakfast was a buffet, fresh bread and pastries, toasts etc. Patrizia from the breakfast section makes amazing hot chocolate and capuccino. The room was very spacious and extremely clean. Air conditioning works perfectly in the rooms, breakfast section and reception.
Excellent location, very clean room ,helpful and smile faculty. We definetely stay there once we visit Rome

La modernidad de las habitaciones y lo bien comunicado que estaba. La atención del personal que me realizó el checkin y el hecho de dejarte dos botellas de agua de cortesía
Pasé dos noches, el personal de limpieza únicamente me hicieron la cama, no me cambiaron las toallas ni aspiraron el suelo.
La cama dentro de lo normal cómoda pero las almohadas muy incómodas ultra finas

La ubicación, cerca a la estación Termini y al casco histórico. La atención del personal de recepción fue grandioso. Realizar el check-in posterior a la hora permitida en el hotel, con instrucciones y sin cobro adicional.

The location was very central and walking distance to all the sight seeing/attractions. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel and the metro station is also very near. 15 mins walk to Termini Roma. Air condition was really good for the scorching heat outside in Roma.
House keeping didn’t change my towels as well as my cup which had a tea bag in it. Tea sachets were not replaced and my bed was not made properly. Wasn’t sure if it was because it was my last night at the hotel.
