Pros:

Персонал был отличным, встретили очень тепло и не смотря на то, что мы пришли раньше времени check in-а - нам все равно предостаточно номер, хорошо объяснили все связанны с проживанием! Рекомендую!

Excellent stay once again.
Pros:

I chose the hotel for the second time in a few months because it is excellent, very close to the center of Rome where you can go everywhere on foot but very close to a metro and bus stop. It has very good restaurants in the area and a good market. I was satisfied with the large and quiet room and the staff who were particularly helpful. The breakfast had many choices, the savory options could be improved. The coffee was excellent as always.

Cons:

I did not like the garbage at the entrance, the bins were always full and smelled too much considering the temperature was high

Minden rendben volt, a szoba is, a személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt.

Cons:

Kicsi volt este a víznyomás a zuhanynál, reggel jó volt.
Kicsit leharcolt és koszos volt a reggeliző, picivel nagyobb választékot vártam a reggelinél.

Memorable and will visit again!
Pros:

The hotel was in a very good location, in the good side of Roma Termini,with very easy and direct access to the most central parts of the city. The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff was very polite and helpful. Thank you so much to Victoria and Filippo for the assistance!

Floris Hotel GRAZİE
Pros:

Tesisteki çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve yardım sever. Oda her gün döndüğümüz de temiz ve her şey değiştiriliyordu. Kahvaltısını çok beğendik. Bizlere Güler yüzlü sarı saçlı hanımefendi her gün bizlere özel olarak italya kahve lezzetlerinden ikram etti. Her şey için teşekkürler Floris Çalışanları

Çöpler bina girişinde toplanıyor. Buda büyük kokuya sebep oluyor.

Overall (the lift apart) a good stay and I would recommend it.
Pros:

Very clean hotel, air conditioning in our room were very good. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Reception staff were very helpful. ( special call out to Victoria, lovely, lovely lady)

Cons:

OK so this is the bit that the hotel can't really do anything about. The reception and rooms are on the 4th floor and the lift kept breaking down also it was only 2 ft wide. My wife doesn't like small spaces so she had to walk up and down 8 flights of stairs when we were coming or going, really inconvenient when you're in your 70's. Not the hotels fault but you should be prepared for this.

Pros:

Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Aamupala oli hyvä. Sijainti aika ok. Ilmastointi toimi ja oli tehokas.

Cons:

Porraskäytävässä haiseva roskienkeräyspiste oli ällöttävä ja haisi porraskäytävässä pari kerrosta ylöspäin. Huoneet olivat ensisilmäyksellä hienot, mutta huoneessa oli muurahaisia, kolhuisia/likaisia seiniä, suihkusta ei tullut kunnolla vettä ja/tai vain kylmää tai kuumaa, lampun johdot olivat teipillä korjattu, vessan ovi lukkiutui itsestään tai ei toiminut ollenkaan, wc-paperi telinettä ei ollut, huoneen näkymä avatui resuiselle sisäpihalle.
