Pros:

Emplacement, le confort de la chambre,le personnel en général et son attention pour nous satisfaire

Cons:

La proximité de la salle petit dej, bruyante pour la mise en place du matin. Peut être en cause la porte de notre chambre pas complètement étanche. Donc bruit et lumière.

Pobyt v tomto hoteli bol pre nás veľkým sklamaním. Už pri príchode nás zarazilo, že na recepcii nebol nikto prítomný. Zamestnanca sme po chvíli našli v inej miestnosti, kde sa venoval tabletu.

Po vstupe do izby nás udrel silný zápach, bolo tam neznesiteľne teplo a klimatizácia nefungovala. Izba bola v zanedbanom a nehygienickom stave. V kúpeľni bola taká špina, že som si nechcela sadnúť ani na toaletu a do sprchy by som si najradšej obula šľapky. Posteľ aj jej okolie boli fľakaté a špinavé, spať tam by bolo veľmi nepríjemné.

Z tohto dôvodu sme si vypýtali inú izbu. Po našej sťažnosti a po tom, čo sme si vybrali inú izbu, nám bol ponúknutý upgrade. Ani ten však situáciu nevyriešil. Izba bola síce väčšia, ale rovnako špinavá. Ak by sme si za ňu mali priplatiť, veľmi by sme to oľutovali. Na „tip-top“ izbu mala ďaleko – obité a špinavé steny, zanedbaný stav a celkový pocit nepohody.

Ako ďalšie negatívum musíme spomenúť raňajky, ktoré ani zďaleka nezodpovedajú fotografiám a prezentácii na internete. Skutočnosť je výrazne horšia než to, čo hotel uvádza online.

Hotel absolútne nezodpovedá popisu ani očakávaniam. Pobyt bol natoľko nepríjemný, že sme sa tešili len na odchod domov. Tento hotel určite neodporúčame.
