Pros:

Seeing it in the rearviewmirror.

Cons:

Blackout drapes were hanging off, I had to fix them. Room / bed vibrates all night from a really loud noise/juddering sensation, so got no sleep after a 10hr drive. No hot water even though we booked a room with a bathtub. Towels were old, ragged and discolored. Staff were nice though. I would like a refund please.pool was closed. Emergency exit door was smashed. Disgraceful

Our stay was stressful.

Location, pricing, breakfast.

Cons:

Shower inside door fell on my husband. Door was very heavy glass about 25 to 50 lbs. we were given another room. Room was very dusty, shower was dirty, we had king room for 2 but one bath towel, one wash cloth, 1 tiny shower gel, 1 hanger. We did get extra towel but no hangers. Bed mattress was too soft for my comfort. No apology from manager. Did not talk to us nor gave us acknowledgement.
