Amazing service received from owner Don, the housekeeping staff, Nat in particular went out of her way to accomodate me in a friendly manner. Velda in the restaurant provided me with outstanding service. Breakfast was fresh, hot and delicious! The burgers for supper were the best ive ever had! Highly recommend this hotel. Best place to stay in Pickle
Pros:

Only place in town to stay at…. Glad it’s well kept and clean. However due to the excessive heat in the building and wood burning next door. You may want to bring a small humidifier on extended stays to avoid a sore throat or respiratory discomfort. I found turning off the heat helped a bit. The view of the lake is nice, staff are friendly and accommodating and the restaurant food is good enough.

Yea I enjoyed a restful night, checking in and checking out was very simple,
I was exhausted from driving and was very tired and I was sleeping all night til checkout time . My family was happy

hotel was comfortable and clean with new improvements
including a lake front deck restaurant was was good would like to see the bar reopen. A very nice place for this far north.

Pleasantly surprised
Pros:

We did not expect much from a Hotel in this little "one horse" town so far from civilization but were pleasantly surprised that it had most amenities and was very clean. Will stay there again.

Very comfortable rooms. I wasn’t sure what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised. The restaurant on site was also very good. I would stay here again.
