Very good location. Comfortable beds
Our bed was big, but it was assembled by two king single bed and in the middle there is a gap which is uncomfortable to sleep in the night. The floor and the fence of the balcony is full of dust. We are asked to take off our shoes while walk inside the hotel but the floor is not very clean. Other than that, the stuffs here are very friendly, they offer washing service at $2 USD per kg, free ironing service, free coffee in the morning, and room cleaning service everyday. The swim pool is cool and chill. Overall it was a comfortable stay!
Lovely place, really beautiful building, gorgeous pool and lobby and a very helpful staff. The location is just a short walk to all the fun but the restaurants just next to Hima are much more delicious and better priced than Pub Street too. Stay here!
Excellent service

Very Accommodating
Very good. Good room, good location, nice breakfast and very friendly staff.
The staff were very friendly and the area is in the middle of everything and a walkable distance from Pub street and restaurants~
The photos looked better than the hotel, but overall, it was a cheap ok place to call home. Plenty of small restaurants to eat at locally. Probably spent too many days in Siem Reap. The Temples are worthwhile indeed, but the places of interest after that comprise of a short list indeed. Food is very good with many types available. Seems to be a lot more expensive than when I was there in 2013. The Government Fees to visit places are expensive. Can't see where the money is being spent.
Great location. Good value for money. Hotel can help out with transfers and tours. Pool very welcome after a day of sightseeing.
Well located, within walking distance to pub street etc.; large rooms (a bit "woody" though); swimming pool is great and staff is kind (organised tuk-tuk for Angkor etc.)
Breakfast really bad cold TV prehistoric room safe needed a new battery told staff 10 times never got replaced but the same lobby staff came to see it was the battery he said tommorrow boss get it we stayed 4 nights would not recommend or stay there again
An enjoyable stay. Walking distance to centre of siem reap but on a nice quiet road which had a lot of good, cheap eateries. Staff very helpful and friendly and the facilities were good. Bed a bit uncomfortable and air con noisy. Breakfast left a lot to be desired.
The hotel was in a convenient location only five minutes from the centre and with ample local restaurants. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful.
Accommodating and friendly staff, loved the balcony, breakfast on the roof was very nice. Loved that every time you walked in you were offered a cool cloth and a cold water. Air conditioning worked well and it's a good thing because you need it!
Room was clean and staff was helpful. Good location.
The staff at this Boutique hotel is friendly, warm and accommodating. They were sensitive to my needs and went out of their way to make my stay just awesome. You can get an omelet and some coffee with the included breakfast, and they also have drinks available from the bar throughout the day. Wonderful Pool! In-house laundry and massage services were very good. In-room extras like a safe and all the normal room items you would expect to boot. The hotel is close enough to walk to pub street; other destinations are available by tuk tuk just outside the hotel entrance for $2. You can rent a bicycle at the shop next door. Pro Tip: get a sim card for $7 that will give you data for your smart phone just up the street, use it for GPS mapping at Angkor.
I would suggest a 5 day trip:
day 1: arrive check out pub street
day 2: Angkor Wat day 1 (get the three day pass)
day 3: Angkor Wat day 2
day 4: Ride around the city on a bike
day 5 Museums and Markets in siem reap
This hotel is small but good. The staffs are friendly and have service mind. However, I had a problem with Wifi, it was difficult to access when we stayed in our room
We ended up here after staying at another hotel, which we would have been quiet happy to have stayed at...they were fulled booked for the extra two nights that we needed.
The Hima was an older style hotel, shoes had to be left at reception upon arrival and flip flops provided, um! Staff spoke some engliish. Our room size was satisfactory, air con worked well, only sheer curtains on our window which overlooked a restaurant, we put pool towels up for privacy. Breakfast was good although everything was cold.
A short walk to the local market and night market from here.
We think that you could do better for the price that we paid.
Great option for non-luxury traveler. The big issue could be the beds, which for us were harder than thought were made anymore. Had just had very hard beds in Hong Kong, and these were a step up. Hot and plentiful shower water. They don't charge for water bottles in room, and have a fridge. Egg options you can order with included breakfast are very edible (if you're going to a Wat sunrise, you would have to come back afterwards to partake; very little in town is serving that early). Pool and beer to lounge with, and very clean during our stay (taking shoes off at entrance helps). Last nice gesture was locking of our rental bikes with a thick chain overnight.
