We had a lovely time staying at Mayfair House.
Pros:

Great location , spacious room, and clean!

Cons:

Furniture can be upgraded, modernized. There was some strong smells , and room was little noisy in the mornings.

The property is well situated - needs an upgrade in certain areas.

Property is well situated.

Cons:

Some investment needed: kitchen blinds very old and not functioning properly, no coffee machine, coffee cups and short some kitchen utensils, kitchen needs an upgrade. Need a shower screen installed. Very old aircon units that are noisy…Need better soundproofing from street noises.

Pros:

Excellent location for a concert at Hyde park. Very spacious for our family of 6.

Cons:

Balcony doors extremely stiff to open (I couldn’t). Jacuzzi unusable as the jets spat out black soot when turned on.

Pros:

The apartment was spotlessly clean,.very quiet and cool despite the 30 degree heat We were facilitated with an early check in which we very much appreciated, and the staff were very helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The area was very busy with BST Hyde Park and the World Cup on but the room was very quiet. Highly recommend.
