Cons:

The bed is uncomfortable and not stable. It keeps moving.

The shower was bad and the water pressure in the shower was very weak

Perfect stay in great location.
Pros:

Great location. Close to undergoing station. Beautiful apartment. Comfy bed. Plenty of places to eat around. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Perfect Location
Pros:

The location was perfect for us. The room was plentiful and very good for a longer stay. The hairdryer did not work and the staff were happy to offer a replacement but we had already brought our own.

Cons:

We felt the space around the bed could have been better maybe swapping the living room around with the bedroom as these apartments seem good for travellers so it is more about the sleeping space than the living space. Just a thought and NOT a complaint.

If it is final renovated - it might be a nice place - but not there yet :-((((

The location per Se is good - but the entrance area was just under heavy renovation - a lot of dust everywhere - not super inviting

Clean and comfortable apartment in central location with great staff.
Pros:

Great location Green Park Tube station close by. Friendly staff - Waseem was very helpful. The reception area being refurbished at present, this doesn't impact on getting keys etc. Clean & comfortable apartment.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

Everything was wonderful! Beautiful apartment with 3 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathroom, and another extra bathroom in the corridor. Very comfortable and well located. Suitable for a large family or a group of friends. Staff was very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
