Good atmosphere

We arrived late for a quick transit, and the reception claimed there was no reservation for us, despite me showing the email and app confirmations. Finally, they gave us 2 rooms, at a different rate, and we were escorted to some rather run-down, musty rooms on the top floor. The phones didn’t work, so we had to come down to place an order for room service. Food was okay. Breakfast buffet included, but starts only at 8:00am, ridiculously late for a hotel near the airport. We had to leave for our morning flight by 7:00am. Overall, a hopeless hotel. I’d give it zero stars if I could, maybe even negative stars.

Convenient thing is to be close to Airport and easy to find out it due to the adjacency of the main road but everything to by for eat and drink, even no complimentary water.
Room looks clean for the Renovation recently but some facilities are broken still. But Staffs are kind. Anyway value for the money

It was quite a challenge to communicate as not many of the staffs spoke English. The condition of the hotel is worse than what we saw in the pictures. The beds has a bit of musky smell to it. Other than that the service staffs were rather pleasant, they are quite ready to help.

The hotel is around 2KMs from the airport, and this was my primary reason to select it. The check-in process was quite "unfriendly" as the reception staff behaved as if one were being booked into a jail - asking for ID prof with address (Aadhar/Passport a must, PAN card NOT accepted) and then, taking a computer photo of myself and spouse. Don't know what purpose the photo was for...
Room was clean, in-room service of meals was reasonably quick, and the quality of meals was good.

Did not like our stay. Room was not clean and smelled of cigarette. When I asked for a room that didn't smell of cigarette I was told to turn the air conditioning on and the smell would go away. Also hotel indicates free airport shuttle but it is not free. They told me it would cost 200 rupees. The ride was 6-7 minutes and the charge of 200 rupees is quite a bit for the distance travelled.

One night stop over due to a early flight from Kolkata airport and the hotels proximity.

Opel only booked night before to replace another we were booked into. Very welcoming accommodation, as the other was too dirty to stay in. Room staff very polite and accommodating. Ordered drinks and a meal in room. Food was lovely! Room quite small, but cool, clean. Big shower and toiletries provided. Breakfast provided in restaurant but we had to leave early. Hotel handy for airport- approx 10 mins. Literally overnight stay so don't know what else is available locally.

This hotel is a great option if you need to get to the airport easily. It is about a 10-15 minute ride away and was very cheap by taxi. The room was clean with a good hot shower and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Room came with free breakfast but we didn't get a chance to try it. The road in front was under construction but didn't cause us any inconvience.

Rooms are filthy

Close to the airport for a one night stop over. Breakfast was basic but good. Staff were friendly. Will stay there again.

- Initially the hotel was apprehensive about the reservation but later they confirmed that it has been booked
- Room was relatively small, cleanliness not maintained
- Room cleaning is not done by default until you call them to do

Stuffy rooms. Towels felt dirty. Bathroom was horrifying. Was nearly electrocuted when touched the shower n toilet pipings. Location was good but not advisable for foreign tourist to be staying there. Breakfast was good. Toast bread eggs n indian bread eith potato curry was good. Room pictures on website is deceiving.

The wifi was not working properly and the hotel did not even the basic necessities such as soap and toothpaste. Very average hotel

Good & food quality & services very good

I have booked the hotel for my parents for overnight stay. They were happy for the staffs cordial behavior and for the overall hotel environment. They said that the hotel is really close to the airport. The only matter that upset them was even in itinerary the breakfast was free but they informed my parents the buffet breakfast is not free of charge!!!

P:S: If you book through Expedia you must know your reservation no, otherwise they are unable to track your booking (that what they inform me)
