The food was outstanding beautifully presented and really tasty. The staff were so friendly and made everything seem like it was absolutely no trouble, really has time to take an interest in their customers. The room was perfect and the towels and shower gel etc really good quality. Definitely want to go back again and have no hesitation in recommending it as a fabulous place to stay if visiting the Cotswolds.
Absolutely nothing disappointed.
The location was excellent being right in the middle of town. The room was lovely and cozy, with lovely touches like fresh milk in the fridge for tea. Classical music was playing when we entered the room and we kept it on our whole stay.
The bed and pillows were extremely hard.
Very cosy and comfortable!
Lovely and clean and great location
Nothing!
Breakfast was first class and the location superb
Nothing it was perfect
The location in the heart is Stow was great.
The staff were really friendly and the breakfast tasty and worth the money.
Only 8 car parking spaces - or risk leaving your car in a supermarket car park, out of site and sound of the hotel. An 8 - 10 minute walk.
The room upstairs must have been taken by a family of rhino and their floor made lots of noise at all hours of the night and very early morning, making our night not so restful.
Beautiful boutique hotel, very thoughtfully curated, and the restaurant prepared excellent food.
Our room was above the kitchen exhaust fan and so there was a constant humming until around 10 pm.
Reception was polite, but a bit more warmth to match the ambiance would have made the stay feel all the more special.
Perfect location, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Staff were really attentive. Would love to go back again.
Nothing!
All of it.
