Pros:

The forest den was lovely and woodpecker takeaway was 1st class.

Cons:

The price of drink is very expensive and even worse in the spa. Also didnt like that I couldn't get a pint till after 4 o'clock.

Breakfast is the best ive ever had... beds and duvets are so comfortable, had the best nights sleep ... amazing stay with friends and will definitely stay again

Brilliant 👏
Pros:

I liked the shepards hut we stayed in it was just fabulous. I loved how clean and comfortable it was and had everything you could ask for and more. We ordered food to the hut and it arrived almost immediately. The staff were all very nice and helpful and the Thermal village was very good also.Had a very relaxing enjoyable stay.

Cons:

The only thing I found slightly difficult was the lay out of the place and where everything was.. I feel it's somewhere I'd find easier to get around the second time I'd go back.

Disappointed in quality of lodge
Pros:

I previously stayed in hotel, and loved it
The decor and bedrooms were lovely but lodge is something you’d expect at a Butlins camp

Cons:

There is photos of sofa in lodge below. Only pegs to hang clothes on in 2 bedrooms and decor shabby. Hot tub didn’t work, check in delayed too
