Really lovely hotel. But very busy and expensive
Pros:

Very quiet room large and comfortable. Staff were all very nice

Cons:

The thermal village was extremely busy. We had to hire a private hot tub to get using one.

Pros:

Spa was relaxing, room was lovely & comfortable.

Cons:

Waited 3omins for our first drink at dinndt, food came before drinks. Not enough staff for number of residents, seemed rushed or queues everywhere. Breakfast advertised until 12, we arrived st 11.55, and by 12.05 all the hot food had been taken away and place was being cleaned. Don't say people can come for breakfast up until 12 but not give them anything to eat
