Breakfast had good options and they were very good at refilling options.

Cons:

No ice machine, the bathtub was hard to get into being so deep, no elevator, no lotions, lighting in the room was poor and the iron board was broken.

I was disappointed in the cleanliness, I expected better at this price point.
Pros:

Updated room and partially the bathroom. Online check in really sped up the process.

Cons:

The room was SO damp, it felt like I was in the tropics, despite the AC. Even the carpet felt wet, I had to wear my shoes inside. The bathroom had a lot of mould. The AC was incredibly loud (but the provided earplugs were helpful). The vents on the AC unit can’t change direction so when the curtains are closed, the air blows behind the curtains rather than into the room. I had to use shoes to press/hold the curtains to the window.

When I checked in there were two employees helping one person check in while 3 people waited in line.

Super nette Rezeptionistin sowie am Abend als auch am Morgen sehr gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Man kann kein Fenster aufmachen. Das Zimmer hat derart gestunken. Die Klimaanlage ging nur halb und hat nicht gekühlt und war sehr laut. Wenn es nicht unsere erste Nacht nach dem langen Flug gewesen wären, hätten wir wieder ausgegecheckt.
