we had a terrible night! do not book this hotel!!

I booked a double room with a bathroom and got neither. It was extremely uncomfortable to have to share the bathroom with the whole floor and sometimes people from other floors. the room had no AC so the room was extremely hot and they never cleaned our room just changed towels. There was no elevator.
The manager refunded me 100 euros for the inconvenience and did charge the tax which I thought it a good gesture.
I liked that you had the metro right outside the front door and several restaurants and bakeries

There was no Elevator!! and the stairs were very narrow and spiral. It was difficult to get the luggage up the stairs.


Also the WIFI did not work. VERY noisy. Service was bad However, the was steps from the Metro, and close to shops.

Établissement montrant une salle de petit déjeuner et une corbeille de viennoiseries dans ses photos de présentation, alors qu'il ne font plus de petits déjeuner depuis le covid. Il serait bon de supprimer ces photos qui prêtent à confusion. Le coffre fort n'avait aucun descriptif de fonctionnement. En demandant à la réception, on nous a répondu "je ne sais pas comment ça fonctionne" et le lendemain, on nous a donné une dizaine de clés en nous disant de voir si une fonctionne. Avec la chaleur de ce week-end, il n'y avait qu'un propre ventilateur pour rafraîchir la chambre. Quartier très bruyant. Mauvaise isolation sonique.

El lugar es más hostal que hotel, solo entraron a tender la cama pero no a limpiar, el piso no vio el trapeador o la escoba durante los tres días y noches que estuvimos.

Para mitigar el calor que había, nos pusieron un ventilador que apenas servía.

Deberían advertir que este es un lugar que no tiene política para accesibilidad ya que las habitaciones están en pisos superiores y no hay elevador.

Lo positivo. Su ubicación es buena, está cerca del metro y hay opciones de comida a precios razonables, más que en los lugares turísticos de Paris.

Ficamos 8 dias em Paris e foi um ótimo custo benefício.

Todos os atendentes foram muito simpáticos e sem dificuldades de comunicação. Trocaram as toalhas e tiraram o lixo todos os dias.

Precisamos deixar as malas pós check in até mais tarde pelo nosso voo é foi super tranquilo.

O melhor ponto é a estação de metrô EM FRENTE o hotel, na mesma calçada! Isso foi excelente. Ali perto do hotel também tem 4 mercados, Farmacia, restaurante. Nós serviu muito bem.

Únicos pontos a considerar: não limpam o quarto, só tira o lixo e toalhas mesmo. O quarto é bem compacto. Não tem elevador, só escada!

Mas no geral amamos e voltaríamos!

Very convenient and good service

Hôtel très bien tenu, très bien rénové et très propre. Situé juste à côté d'une station métro ce qui facilite beaucoup les déplacements à Paris.

Metro direkt vor dem Hoteleingang,
Gepäck kann deponiert werden nach check out und vor check inn, aber kein Aufzug enge steile Treppen nicht für behinderte oder bewegungs eingeschränkte Personen geeignet koffer wird aber aufs Zimmer getragen. Erfüllt den Zweck für einen Städtetripp

Das Bad ist in Relation zu dem Hotelzimmer okay.

El señor que nos recibió por la mañana muy agradable y simpáticos, los de por la tarde noche un poco más serios. La habitación era pequeña pero tenía todo lo esencial, nevera, secador, hervidor de agua, microondas... La cama muy cómoda, por las noches no se oía ni un ruido asique se descansa bien. Todos los días limpian la habitación y cambian las toallas. Por poner una pega el barrio, es un poco... raro e algo inseguro pero al estar el metro justo en la puerta no hay problema
