Very nice hotel overall
Pros:

Breakfast and location were great. Rooms were comfortable

Cons:

The pool was so cold we couldn’t swim in it. The smart tvs would log us out of our profiles daily so we had to put all of our info in multiple times.

Great first impression

I’m somewhat prematurely reading this review I had called to make a reservation several days ago for a room this coming Friday, 13 March I spokewith a very nice lady who was very helpful and accommodating. Her name was Carolyn the pricing on the room. It’s quite reasonable at this time. I just would like to say that my experience talking to her was very good and it was so nice to be able to excellent customer service these days from people who can convey their thoughts pleasantly. And concise I’m sure they stay. There is gonna be just as pleasant Charles Page.

The staff was so amazing, helpful, And friendly. I love the decor of the hotel. The breakfast in the morning was amazing. I loved how they had a menu of what they're having on the specific day of the week. Also, I did like their cute little souvenir shop.

Cons:

The bathroom tub was a bit small. There was no plug so one could have a bath if they chose to.

Always a pleasure to stay here.
Pros:

I didn’t get her name, but the front desk was AMAZING. She was pleasant, helpful, professional and kind. It can be extremely stressful dealing with all of the hockey families and she was a champ! On our way to the pool she asked if we liked our room which was super sweet. She is a shining star!!

Cons:

The sauna was closed for repairs.

Great Value
Pros:

My wife and I stayed here in September. This place had everything we needed to use as our base while exploring the North Unit of Teddy Roosevelt Nat'l Park. Easy check in, clean, comfortable and quiet room, hot shower, decent breakfast and very reasonably price, not to mention the friendly and welcoming staff. As a bonus, there was also a very good restaurant across the street. We loved the North Unit and hope to return someday. And if we do, we'll be staying here again.
