Lovely homely hotel with extra touches - healthy choices at breakfast all home made and delicious - location was great
Nothing it was perfect
The size of the bathroom.
Son emplacement,
Sa salle de PDJ
My petite Queen had wonderful soft lighting - ambiance, but no good lighting for cleansing and applying makeup.
Mattress was well used on one side… I needed to sleep on wall side…
Милый старый дом.
Нужно понимать, что чемоданы нужно таскать самим и повезет, если номер на первом этаже.
We liked everything!!!
No such thing as not to like Gilded!
Pretty good breakfast, location easy to walk many places or take the bus. Free parking at the hotel.
The room was very small and not as nice as pictured online
90% of it! The bed, the location, the house decor/style, the staff, the shower, the pool table! Free parking! Clean and lovely. Loved, that there were coffee and tea options all day! Loved that I was able to use some ice for my cooler when I was leaving for our long car ride.
I wish there would have been more accommodations for gluten free, lactose free people like me. The eggs had cheese and the other options I could eat were cold. I would have liked a plain eggs and bacon/sausage option option. Or Gluten free pancakes etc. It's quite a high day rate for not that many breakfast options. Our room only had one chair. It needs another chair for two people to be able to sit and have a conversation. If you've got back issues, you can't sit on the bed for too long. The shower needs a bar for safety and a small shelf or hooks for wash cloth and other toiletries.
Walking distance to the docks! Very quiet
Stairs!
The Inn is very well decorated and feels cozy. Also it is located in an amazing location. We walked almost everywhere.
It is so old the walls are like thin paper. We could hear any little noise coming from above or next door.
Overall, my stay was average. The bed was comfortable, and the bedding was very nice, which made for a good night's sleep. The hotel was also quiet during my stay, and I appreciated being on the second floor.
The evening cookies were delicious, and it was convenient to have breakfast and fresh coffee available in the morning. Those were the highlights of my stay.
That said, I felt the room was overpriced for what was offered. Other than the breakfast and cookies, there really weren't any amenities that stood out, and the room itself was fairly basic. While everything was clean and comfortable enough, I didn't feel the overall experience justified the price.
For me, this was an average stay. It met my basic expectations, but I expected better value for the cost.
The staff is rude . When I asked a question the manager girl asked “ have you ever stayed in a boutique hotel ?”
I’m 65 years old and have traveled all over the world.
The showers have very little water. The rooms do not live up to the prices .
However, the biggest problem is the charges they put on my credit card . For some reason they charged my card several times . The manager told me “ it’ll all work out , I’m the manager of all three properties “
Needless to say, an hour on the phone with Amex I’m still working on getting all the credits.
The bottom line , there are much better places to stay in this price range .

Loved the colorful and vibrant aesthetic; was in a neighborhood that was quiet but very close walking distance to Thames street/shops
Would have liked more counter space in the room/bathroom
Breakfast was fresh and amazing!
Everything was beyond expectations.
