They cancelled my reservation just one day before my arrival and forced me to make a new booking at a higher price. During my stay, I asked several times for basic items for the room, such as a shower cap, but they were never brought to me.

The toilet also became clogged several times, and despite reporting the issue, it was not properly fixed.

I am really not someone who usually complains, but unfortunately, this time the overall experience and level of service were very disappointing.
