Location, atmosphere and staff.
The black walls in the room, which made the room very dark. And we did like the mattress, it was a soft spring.
Perfect location. Close to Tate Modern, Millennium Bridge, and several restaurants and coffee shops. You could do a lot within the vicinity.
Rooms were very clean and they even offered turn-down service. Room service was quite classy too. In/out was secure with card operated lifts, if security is important to you.
Hotel staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, yet professional and knowledgeable.
Lovely location, quiet, near the tube
Should have informed that a £200 deposit was required on top of fee when checking in. Though we were informed that would be refunded after checkout, it should be made clear when booking
Everything was exceptional, the staff were very accomodating and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was spacious with an amazing shower and the breakfast was unforgettable with an amazing choice and high quality produce.

Good location and facilities
No firm pillows so poor sleep (asked twice and nearly all other chains have them). Seemed a fault in the rooms light wiring that meant the toilet light could only be switched on with entry lobby area also on.

Konumu harika. Tate Modern ve Borough Market'e yürüyerek rahatlıkla ulaşabilirsiniz. Biz hatta köprüyü yürüyerek geçip St. Paul Katedrali'ne kadar gittik. Metro istasyonlarına çok yakın olması da büyük bir avantaj. Otelin tam karşısında Tesco ve Sainsbury's marketlerinin bulunması da oldukça pratik.
Odada ihtiyaç duyabileceğiniz her şey düşünülmüş. Buharlı el ütüsünün olması bizim için büyük bir artıydı ve gerçekten çok işimize yaradı. Yataklar son derece rahattı ve Havlular ise şimdiye kadar bir otelde gördüğüm en yeni ve kaliteli havlulardı diyebilirim.
Londra otellerinde odaların küçük olmasıyla ilgili pek çok yorum okumuştum ancak bizim odamız oldukça genişti. Üç kişi olarak son derece rahat konakladık. Kahve makinesi ve dolu minibar da bizi ayrıca memnun etti.
Personel son derece güler yüzlü, ilgili ve yardımseverdi. Sorduğumuz her soruyla sabırla ve detaylı şekilde ilgilendiler. Tüm bu nedenlerle bu otelde tekrar konaklamayı kesinlikle isterim. The only suggestions I have are that the bar serve coffee later in the evening and that the outdoor seating could be more comfortable.
