Great space to spend a working afternoon
Pros:

Reserved a work space via AndCo at their bar, The Distillery, and it was a wonderful choice! Lovely space, good food and great service, especially from Shashank Joshi :)
Highly recommended.

Good experience
Pros:

Good service, friendly and helpful staff. The only problem is that the spa doesn’t have a sauna. But good size swimming pool and facilities. Delicious food too.

Hilton : Having a Quality Time without Breaking the Bank at Bankside
Pros:

I was here in Nov 2023 ...service was so good that I thought it couldn't be better. I was wrong. Down to earth staff, humble, friendly yet very professional. MIRO and his colleagues will gve you good meal recommendations and there's a surprise for everyone 😀

We had a lovely stay and would definitely stay here again and recommend the hotel to our loved ones.
Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff at the desk, cleaners, waiting staff and chefs. Hotel was clean everywhere, the food for breakfast was delicious. I would have liked a little more fruit, like some fresh berries but that's a really minor thing, as there was lots of other fruit.

Cons:

It was great. I would suggest some resistance machines in the gym. I'm a PT so I would suggest a leg extension & curl machine, lat pulldown that, leg press and / chest press machine.

Pleasant stay but if all the fault were changed it would of been excellent
Pros:

The staff were excellent. The hotel was very clean

Cons:

The view from the windows were terrible the one from our bedroom was like a dump.
Our bed was very squeaky and the tv didn't work in the morning. The room was supposed to be a deluxe king but it was more like a standard

Great place to stay in London
Pros:

Overall, Hilton London Bankside is a great place to stay in London. Close to numerous underground stations, walking distance to a lot of sites and they have an outstanding staff. The doorman; Daniez is awesome!!

Schönes & zentrales Hotel, aber mit deutlichen Serviceproblemen

Das Hotel hat eine sehr zentrale Lage, um viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen zu können. Die Einrichtung ist modern und es ist überall sehr sauber. Unser Frühstück war vielfältig und lecker.

Cons:

Leider hat das Hilton London Bankside ein großes Service-Problem! Wir haben dieses Hotel anlässlich unserer Silberhochzeit gewählt. Unsere Tochter buchte eine Überraschung für uns aufs Zimmer. Diese wurde vom Personal jedoch gründlich vermasselt. Obwohl unsere Tochter verschiedene Mitarbeiter wiederholt daran erinnerte, wurde uns nichts aufs Zimmer gebracht, auch nicht zu späterer Zeit an diesem Tag. Es gibt keine stimmigen Abläufe im Hotel, was man eigentlich bei einem Hilton-Hotel erwartet. Der Roomservice wusste überhaupt nicht Bescheid. Auch die Entschuldigung an der Rezeption war sehr dürftig und die Stornierung des Geldes für die nicht erbrachte Leistung war umständlich. Für den Fehler wäre es doch eine Kleinigkeit gewesen, wenn sich die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption mit einem Glas Sekt entschuldigt und uns gleichzeitig gratuliert hätten. Aber da kam nichts dergleichen. Das war sehr enttäuschend! Darüber hinaus fielen uns auch an weiteren Stellen Servicemängel auf.
Positiv anmerken möchten wir aber den sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Portier.

Beautiful and first class
Pros:

The staff were incredible and so welcoming with Children. The little fox game, the easter chocolates and the present were so thoughtful and very appreciated.

Hôtel sympas mais manque quelques équipements
Pros:

Le personnel très sympathique .
Le petit déjeuner très bien un peu bruyant .
L’emplacement parfait.
Le jeu des renards pour les enfants .

Cons:

Il manquait d’équipements comme un peignoir pour enfant et des chaussons pour enfant . La couette de mon fils n’était pas adapté à son lit (tombait en permanence ). Le ménage était fait tardivement dans la journée (préférable le matin) .
