Good hotel but we could not rest enough due to loud repair noise
Pros:

Thr location was excellent right by the Bankside. The rooms and beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good.

Cons:

There was a very loud repair noise on our floor starting ftom 8.45 in the morning till 18.00. We were not told about this, otherwise we would not have paid so much for this hotel, we would have chosen another hotel. They ofeered complimentary breakfast to us but this does not make up for such nuisance. Booking.com needs to be aware of this and warn customers alsıo!

Very lovely hotel on a perfect location close to the Themes.
Pros:

Every staff-member of the hotel was so lovely and kind! What a joy. Also beautiful and very comfortabel rooms with great design. Amazing location, safe central chic and calm. Close to the Themes. A perfect place to stay after a day in bubbly Londen.

Daniel Made the Difference | A True Hilton Hero
Pros:

I want to give a special shoutout to Daniel, the bellman at Hilton London Bankside.
I had a couple of unexpected delays that almost caused me to miss my train to Birmingham. While I was outside desperately trying to get an Uber or a cab, Daniel immediately stepped in. He literally took me by the hand, went outside with me, waited until he found a cab, and personally explained to the driver that Ahmad was in a hurry and needed to get to the train station quickly.
Because of Daniel, I caught my train. Because of Daniel, I had a successful business day in Birmingham.
People like Daniel are what truly make the difference. They are the reason customers remain loyal. They are the ones who represent hospitality at its very best.

Fab service!
Pros:

Visited friends for a drink and bite to eat. They were staying at the hotel, which was lovely. I was particularly impressed by Yen and Domenico, who couldn’t have been more helpful.

Hilton Bankside is the perfect stay in London. A first class hotel with world class service.

From the hotel Manager Mr Da Souza. The Reception team Eleanor Da Silva and the Executive Lounge team of Yen and Domenic.

I have travelled extensively using Hilton and this is one of the best for service and quality.

Here for business. The executive lounge is a nice stop for the evening.

Tip: use an outside laundry service for extended stays. No on site laundry. Concierge will direct you to laundryheap. They pickup and deliver.

Amazing staff in the executive lounge
Pros:

The service in the executive lounge was hands down the best service. From start of the day we come here and end of the day, come here not just because the food and coziness of this lounge, but also because of the amazing feeling we get from the staff of Yen, Terrence and Harsha. They made it feel like we had a home away from home! Truly considerate and personable team. This was very appreciated since we had two kids with us and allowed us wine down at the end of the day.
