Arya was fantastic! From the moment we sat down, she was warm, attentive, and had a great sense of humor that made the whole stay more fun. She gave thoughtful recommendations when we couldn't decide what to order for drinks. It's clear she genuinely cares about giving people a good experience. She turned a regular drinks into a really enjoyable one. Ask for Arya if you can — you won't be disappointed!
Good location
Toilet fell off the wall, problems with electrical circuits not working, no hot water in shower. Staff wasn't helpful although they were friendly

We enjoyed our vacation trip here to the Hilton Bankside. The front staff was very quick and accommodating. We arrived early after our morning flight from the US. Although they were not able to get us a room immediately, they did text us by 1pm letting us know the room was ready. One of the desk clerks then brought us our bags directly to the room. We had an executive room, and the staff at the lounge was great (Yen, Harsha, and Kevin) - very prompt, courteous and professional. They were always busy either helping the guests at their tables, drink area, or food area. The rooms are a bit dark, but there is bright lighting at the desk. Overall, we would recommend - a good location to many of the sights in London. We would recommend it.
Great location for what we needed to finish our European holiday. 4 nights in clean, comfortable and easily accessible hotel. The staff on the front desk were always very helpful each and every question or query we had. We could easily walk home from our activities during the day and evening.

Pretty good experience. Stayed 4 nights. Location was great. No complaints there. Was upgraded to an Executive room with my Diamond status. Executive lounge was busy every night, but the staff was fantastic, especially Harsha! He was very attentive. Definitely a solid hotel. My only problem was the elevator system, to get to my floor you could only use 2 of the 3 elevators, and one was out of service the whole trip, so when I wanted to go to the room, if the wrong elevator was at the lobby, I would have to find an employee to come send it off so that the one elevator that was available would be triggered to come to the lobby. 🥴 It also made it really difficult to leave in the morning, I waited a solid 10 minutes for the elevator to arrive and bring me down, and missed my train to Stonehenge. So minus one star for the elevator, otherwise I was happy.
If possible deal with EMANUELA in reservations, she is professional, helpful, prompt in replying to calls and emails. She made the whole process simple and stress free! A excellent representative for the brand!
Good vibe, a good kids menu and great drinks. Arya - our server - was very pleasant. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a casual dinner place around Bankside.

Die Zuordnung eines Frühstückstisches könnte weniger diktatorisch sein: Wenn man als Paar gerne einen von den etwa 5 freien Zweiertischen haben möchte, jedoch auf einem Dreiertisch bestanden wird, ist das nicht so nett. Was soll's? Die großzügige Überlassung der Zimmerbar hat täglich ein kleines stilles Mineralwasser im Kühlschrank ergeben. Da hätte der Kühlschrank eine großzügigere Behandlung verdient.

Im Bad fehlten Toilettenbürsten und ein Handtuchhalter.
