Goed hotel jammer van overlast ivm verbouwing

Aardig en behulpzame mensen. Goede locatie

Cons:

Ze zijn aan het verbouwen waardoor ik onderzichtig plasstic had voor ramen en continue geluid.
Een soort korting daarvoor of andere tegemoetkoming had ik bijzonder gewaardeerd. Werklui wel geluid minimaal gehouden (geen radio of praten en dergelijk dus dat is wel compliment waard)

Superb location and service
Pros:

We stayed for one night at the Hilton London bankside. From the very first moment we enter the hotel, we were greeted by very enthusiastic concierge and front desk staff. Offered a glass of champagne while checking in (we were celebrating a birthday so it’s like they even knew!). Comfortable, very spacious and quiet rooms with all modern designs and facilities. Very good executive lounge and great location to explore London by foot.
Kudos to Daniel Doorman and the guest relations specialist (didn’t get his name unfortunately). Thank you for making our stay wonderful!

It ok to stay for 1-2 nights only.
Pros:

Unfortunately renovations were being done on the premises at the time and unfortunately our room didn’t have a window to look out of.

Cons:

Our room had no window.

Outstanding Staff
Pros:

I’ve been staying at the Hilton Bankside very regularly for the last 5 years. Without question the staff are the heart of the hotel and a credit to the management.

Yen & Domenico in the executive lounge both go above and beyond each and every time delivering warm hospitality and personal service and both are a true credit to the hotel.

From the minute you arrive and are greeted by the door staff through to check in and beyond this hotel delivers each and every time

Pros:

5 star all inclusive evening
Pros:

On my first visit to the distillery hilton hotel. I was greeted to the bar manager shashank who offered me a selection on wines and cocktails. Make by the bar man tyreese. He ensured my likes were met offering a new quality experience of flavoured gins,and rums . Thank you so much for the polite and full hotel experience. Followed by a 3 course meal .
