Good value and excellent location
Pros:

The location right on the lake side and close to numerous reasonable restaurants. The rooms were very good value and the management effective and helpful.

Cons:

The breakfast was a little disappointing. I don't think instant coffee is adequate.

Tolle und ruhige Lage an der Pokhara Lakeside. Wunderbares Frühstück und freundliches wie hilfsbereites Personal. Der Pool am Dach mit Blick auf die Himalayas setzt dem ganzen die Krone auf!

Gutes Hotel mit zentraler aber ruhigerer Lage
Pros:

Das Hotel ist gut in Lakeside gelegen. Man kann zu Fuß alles gut erreichen, ist aber etwas von dem Trubel entfernt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse sehr schön.

Cons:

Zum Frühstück gab es viele warme lokale Speisen, aber weniger Auswahl an Alternativen. Das Wasser im Pool war leicht grün.

Pros:

Lovely quiet location on the edge of the Pokhara Lakeside strip. Hotel staff absolutely lovely and cannot do enough to help you. Ground floor area beautiful.

Cons:

Some rooms ready for a bit of an upgrade, probably my not worth paying for upgraded room with balcony. Would be good if easier to order drinks to the poolside. Phone not working fully at poolside.

I thought the staff were extremely friendly… the Nepali was, what you expect. Thank you Nepal. It was very quiet and peaceful for lakeside.

Bien pour une nuit.
Merci d'avoir gardé mon bagage pendant la durée du Trek, même si je n'ai pas eu de reçu, ce qui n'était pas rassurant.

Cons:

Hôtel impersonnel, en mode business, le café Americano du petit déjeuner n'entre pas dans la formule, on vous le sert et le facture après coup. Chambres male isolées intérieures et extérieures, globalement bruyant.
Le management mériterait de se recentrer sur la satisfaction client, comme savent le faire la grande majorité des hôtels et Guest house Népalis.
Personnel pas forcément formé et accompagné, à améliorer.
