there was reception and no way I could get any service or KEYS!!!

DO NOT BOOK OR STAY HERE!!! There is absolutely nothing to like about this disgusting establishment it smells and it is moldy it is in a terrible location and the proprietor is a dishonest shill. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Orbitz should remove this "hotel" from its site.

There are no reception , no way to find the place , it looks like a construction grave yard , the photos are false waited 5 hours to only receive a message saying that the key is hidden somewhere and you need to call the owner ,
Then personally met the owner and he was rude to be polite
Absolutly unacceptable and worst place i have been !

pas propre, le lavabo ne tenais pas, le chasse d'eau fonctionné mal. pas de vaisselle que 2 tasses et 2 cuillères. la bouilloire complètement entartré pas d'entretien. les draps jamais changé qu une chaise pour 2
Immeuble en travaux il fallait escalader des planche par terre, horreur quoi. pas de tapis de douche. des ustensile du lavabo rouillé.
très déçu pas recommandable du tout

The accommodation is under construction. A terrible mess. The window cannot be opened because there is a net in front of it. They mix the concrete under the window at 7 am ...

The room was spacious, with an excellent shower, refrigerator, microwave and water boiling pot. Pierre, the manager, provided clear check-in instructions via Whatsapp and always responded quickly to our questions. The property is a short walk to the beach in Netanya, and also easily accessible from the Central Bus Station.Very easy to get to Tel Aviv, Haifa, or Jerusalem. Near to shopping and restaurants. It was a bargain at the price, and we would definitely stay there again.

The room is ok.Clean and comfortable enugh.The bed is good and the frige and air condition works perfect.
There is not much to say.You pay low price and get what you've payd for.
A good location in Netanya,and if one looking for a place to stay for short time without any luxus features but with aircondition,a kettle and other facilities to make a cup of coffy and a little fridge to keep your drinks cold and a really nice shower with a clean towels and a place to hjang your clothes than this is a place for you.
Did i mentioned the very low price?

The room was very clean and comfortable. It had refrigerator and freezer, microwave, electric water boiler for coffee and what not. Just overall much more than I expected for the price. I will stay here more next time I’m visiting

Good location. Terrible room #7, needs renovation. I was charged the entire cost ( 5 nights) at the moment I booked it , without any chance to cancel this reservation. I would never book it if I knew how disgusting is the washroom and the shower cabin, which is right in the room and leaking. You can hear every sound from the corridor and neighbour rooms. Pictures didn't show that room, just a bed in it. I don't recommend it!!!

1. Wände feucht, mit Schimmel, sehen aus, als währen sie zu lange nicht renoviert
2. überall Staub
3. Bodenhandtuch wurde nicht gewechselt, Müll wurde nicht rausgebracht, Toilletenpapier wurde nur auf Anforderung aufgefüllt, keine Toilettenhalterung in Zimmer 5
4. Wasser aus der Dusche fließt ins ganze Zimmer; Boden ist ständig nass und Taschen und Kleidung werden nass
5. zu wenig Stauraum für zwei Personen
6. Vermieter respektiert keine Privatsphäre, ruft und schreibt auf nicht freigegeben Privat-Telefon mehrfach an, Kleidung wird angefasst
7. ab 07:00 Uhr morgens wird man von der Baustelle gegenüber geweckt, Fenster sind undicht
8. Reintragen von Gebäck eines Außenstehenden muss gerechtfertigt werden; Gefühl der ständigen Beobachtung
9. Kühlschrank ist defekt und gefriert alles, egal welche Einstellung
10. Handtuchhalterung ist zu nah am Waschbecken, sodass bei jeder Bewegung in der Toilette eine Verletzungsgefahr besteht (ich habe mir das Nasenbein geprellt)
11. Vermieter reagiert auf Beschwerde verständnislos und destruktiv
12. Positives: Reinigungskraft ist zuvorkommemd, Bett ist gemütlich, Klima-Anlage funktioniert gut

Fazit: auf keine Fall empfehlenswert

Sinceramente non molto buono ho preferito stare il più tempo possibile fuori dal stanza ( rumorosa,fredda,asciugani sporchi,non molto pulito).

Pas de réception, propriétaire inexistant.
Propriétaire qui espionne les gens dans leur chambre, pas le droit de rendre visite dans la chambre ou dans cette prison qui est d'ailleurs degueulasse. pas de tv pas de clim pas de tel. Aucun ménage n'est fait. Ce n'est pasun hôtel. A fuir!!!!

Ce n'est pas du tout un hôtel. C'est un studio degueulasse. Pas de ménage. Pas de tv qui fonctionne. Clim installée qui sert a rien.Je déconseille fortement cet endroit insalubre. C'est vraiment honteux de proposer un tel endroit a des clients hotel.com. On s'est bien fait arnaqué.

Couldn't locate place due to poor signage-- phones weren't answered when tried to call. Surroundings were dirty-- looked like dump. Looked nothing like hotel or motel. Not as advertised. Rude owner/proprietor. Never ever
Recommending. Should be taken off list. Not worth any money.

Hotel charge me more 6% for tax, but in the price was all taxes including.
