This is a no-frills clean hotel with a full-sized refrigerator!
Pros:

Location is wonderful and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. This is a simple, basic, clean hotel. Nothing fancy, but served us well on our way through Haines.

Cons:

I am like the princess and the pea. The polyester content in the sheets bothered me.

Modern facilities with all amenities for an excellent multi day stay
Pros:

Nice modern property with all amenities. Comfortable rooms and a great location. Very Helpful staff! Has a laundry, gym and plenty of parking. We were very pleasantly surprised!

The best hotel in Haines for sure. Pricier than others but if you're looking for comfort and a good location, this is for you.

Wonderful Hotel in Haines
Pros:

We had a three night stay here and really enjoyed it! Staff at check-in were friendly & helpful. Our room was spacious, clean, and quiet. It was nice to have a kitchen for our breakfast in the morning and an on site laundry room. The hotel is located within walking distance of everything in town and right across the street from a grocery store. It appears to be the nicest hotel in town. We would definitely stay here again if in Haines.

Pros:

Modern, clean, good size rooms

Cons:

Could have been a bit more thoughtful for ADA. No sign saying the back door, where the disabled parking is, is open so I ended up parking out front and getting up a kerb to get in. Was given a non-ADA room upstairs very far from elevator. Doors did not have automatic opens. Nitpicks but indicative. Guests were extremely loud in corridors until late at night

first experience with room with kitchen. nice
Pros:

no breakfast other than coffee. felt safe in the area. son suggested place, good enough for us.

Cons:

found bed too soft. arrived 45 minutes before check in after 4 hour ferry ride and denied room at that time. only after asking them to watch our bags did we receive the room.

Top notch accommodations and centrally located
Pros:

Very clean and in new condition - well equipped kitchenette although we did not stay longer than a day and did not use it. Would stay there again when traveling through Haines AK. A very knowledgeable and helpful counter staff on morning of departure ((10/29/2025)
