Cons:

It was dirty, Insects, 20 years old TV, Mold in the Room, Dusty and Dirty, Wi-fi was unreliable. Tried to charge extra for another pillow and towels. The photos were very deceptive.

Pros:

This place is a budget friendly and clean. But most important the whole staff is really friendly. They really do their best that you always feel welcome! This was now 10th year in a row when I choose this hotel for my vacation. The staff is one of the main reasons I come back year after year! Also the location near of boulevard is a big bonus!

Cons:

Old TV, remote didnt work. Would not replace remote. Towels were damp and felt unclean.

it is close to the boulevard.

Cons:

we stayed in the room at the ground floor. sunlight and street lights pass through the window, the room needs a good blackout curtain. a lot of mosquitos enter the room during the night, the hotel should fix this issue. there are also bed bugs which is the reason I was not able to get a proper sleep. aircondition is working very hard & noisy but never managed to stabilize the temperature inside the room. and the deal breaker of everything is the parking, it was advertised as free parking but the reality is there is no available parking but on the narrow streets of the area.

I was very disappointed with our overall experience at this hotel due to several issues with both service and facilities

It is situated in the heart of the city so it was just a walking distance to the market and to supermarket.

Cons:

There is no parking space for the guest. The hotel should ensure proper parking arrangements for its guest.
