Cons:

The towels were so old, yellowish and very thin. We informed the front desk but they answered it was always like that. They need to be changed.

A bit disappointing

The location itself is very convenient.

Cons:

The facilities has not been maintained well that you can say it’s good value for what you paid for. The toilet is quite difficult to use that you have to use loads of water to flush properly. There were some cockroaches when we came in which I’m quite disappointed about and lastly, the smell isn’t great.

Pros:

Bamboo Garden has been my choise year after a year. Staff is always friendly and I really feel im welcome guest! Every time I return I feel like Im coming home. Staff makes the atmosphere and instantly im on holiday mood!
Location is also perfect near of boulevard which is one of the major tourists spots in the city. Many restaurants nearby too.
Bamboo Garden gives lots of value for money you spend.

They had professional and friendly customer service. There were no complimentary small shampoo and conditioner for bathing. There was no complimentary breakfast and/or drink items available.
