I had mixed experiences with Booking.com in Sri Lanka because a few hotels declined my reservations. I booked this hotel late at night and was honestly expecting the same, but to my surprise, they honored my booking and gave us three rooms at the exact price shown on Booking.com.

The hotel seems to be run by hospitality students, and they were fantastic. The young team welcomed us warmly, the check-in was quick and smooth, and everyone was polite, friendly, and eager to help.

The hotel has direct beach access and a really good restaurant. We had dinner after 11 PM, but the food was freshly prepared, delicious, and served with a smile. Breakfast the next morning was equally impressive, with plenty of choices and everything tasting fresh.

This is an easy 10/10 from me. The service was exceptional, the staff's attitude and enthusiasm made us feel genuinely welcome, and I really appreciated that they honored the Booking.com reservation and pricing without any hassle. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Great little stay for our family, surfing with our kids every day and having a fantastic time. The food is superb and the rooms are decent enough. Really unbeatable value, as it was much cheaper than other options.

The price quality is insane, your located at the beach. Hear the waves from your room and the staff is super nice. The restaurant and breakfast is amazing quality though from western to eastern food

The room was not well maintained, and there was no hot water available during our stay, which was quite inconvenient. Communication was also a challenge, as most of the staff did not understand English, making it difficult to explain our requirements.

Although the staff were kind and friendly in their behavior, the overall service experience was disappointing. After completing the payment, it was difficult to reach the room service team for basic requests like cleaning or arranging hot water.

Considering these issues, I would not recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

The location

The free breakfast was top notch! The staff were very accommodative and friendly. The vibe and atmosphere at the property was definitely peaceful, quiet, and was literally a minutes walking distance from the beach. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, affordable, and enjoyable get away.

Overall I'm satisfied with the accommodation, the staff were very nice, I had great breakfast in Fujisan restaurant every day & also dinner. In general the food there is very tasty and the prices are also very good, other people were coming to eat there. The staff in the restaurant were very nice, polite and attentive. The accommodation is first line, a few steps to the ocean. I liked the beach, very big and not crowded at all, it's so big that you even feel it's all yours. For the money I paid, I guess it was worth it. Thanks for a comfortable & safe stay ❤️

The owner was very good with the hospitality , food was very good , best food out of all the places that i tried in srilanka !!
