Le calme, la gentillesse lors de l'accueil et le séjour. Chambre spacieuse avec un super petit déjeuner en chambre super appréciable.

Facilities are good, they tried hard to fit steam room and sauna, but electricity supply not enough as cant turn them both same time, we had 3 times overload in 2 days although we didnt turn them together. The room clean, the adult bed comfy, the breakfast at room is cool but limited options.
I wish to highlight i booked best room (as per Paula which cost me over 550 euro per night) Paula the guests coordinator is a grumpy person has no sense on customer service. Firstly she asked me to lift my luggages 25 steps which i refused and suggested she send someone from main hotel and i paid him 20 euro.
Secondly, we asked for adapters from UK to EU she came with 3 adapters only one fit, the other 2 not related and one is from USB to UK, i tell her how thats help? She says it’s all i have. Told her if you don’t have better than provide something not useful, she turn rude to me and say “thats what i deserve”!!!! I was shocked!! She said you can buy from shops. If i booked best room i would expect better service.
Lastly, we asked ahead for extra bed for our kids, they charged 60 euro PER NIGHT PER BED. Thats sound a bit expensive as if i stay 10 nights i pay 1200 euro just for extra bed for 2 kids!!! Moreover, one of the bed low and bad mattress the other one okish.
I asked for help to pick up from airport till hotel she charged me 240 euro!! On the way back i picked a taxi he took 150 euro. Is all about money and provides min service without passion to the buissness.

La chambre avait beaucoup de cachet et était très spacieuse; personnel très accueillant ; le petit déjeuner sur la petite terrasse était un vrai bonheur; et enfin l’hôtel est très bien placé !

Beautiful accomodation but even more so, exceptional staff.
The location is amazing. About 3 mins walk from a water taxi spot. Also under 10 mins to doge palace, St marks square and basilica. Lots of highly rated restaurants also within a 5 min walk. The suites we stayed in is a 1 min walk away from their sister hotel so you feel a little more suite/apartment rather than hotel. But for us this was fantastic. Concierge was polite and very helpful and was always on hand and supporting with check ins/outs as well as supporting with breakfast. Breakfast is required to be ordered the evening before but you then have the choice of having it in your room or in the small terrace, and there is a good selection of continental options.
The room was spacious with large bed, table and chairs, sofa, 2 tv's and an excellent shower/steam room.
We would definitely be happy to return here if we were to visit Venice again in the future.
