Fantastic location great rooms and friendly helpful staff, We paid for an extra night last minute as I hurt my back and didn’t feel I would be able to ride my bike and when we didn’t need it, they did not hesitate to refund, a laundry service would have been a bonus but not a big deal as lots in the area, I would definitely stay here again

Absolutely loved this place! Beautiful big rooms with cute patios, the perfect location about two minutes from the walking street but it's super quiet and right on the peaceful river, has a cute cafe/restaurant looking over the river, lovely staff who greet you with a smile everyday, a space heater for the cold mornings and AC as well, and a beautiful pool and landscaping. I can't recommend this place more. So so good!

Wunderschöne Lage am Fluß, ruhig aber fußläufog zur Walking Street. Sehr nettes Personal und schöne gepflegte Anlage. Saubere Zimmer.

The Family House at Pai was a good place to stay. The room was clean and a good size and the bed was comfy. The shower/bathroom set up was such that the whole bathroom got wet when you took a shower (no separate shower stall) but it wasnt that big an inconvenience. The.pool was small but lovely and clean. This property is very convenient to the walking street but still quiet, as it is tucked away down a little lane, and fronting the river.

Amazing place by the river, very clean, excellent service with nice pooil

Lekker dicht bij het centrum, je moet daarvoor wel door een donker weggetje wat s avonds wat minder fijn is. Het huisje zelf heeft opzich alles, alleen de badkamer is best wel wat verouderd en stinkt soms, en wij hadden redelijk wat mieren in onze kamer, maar dat krijg je als je zo in de natuur zit. Verder deed alles het prima, het personeel was vriendelijk, alleen na ongeveer 8 uur s avonds was er niemand meer te vinden en de receptie in het donker gehuld.

We had a little trouble finding the hotel at first but once we did it was great! Perfect location!!! The hotel is just a block off the main road so it’s convenient to everything but far enough away for a peaceful sleep. The bed was soft which is unusual for Asia. The hotel is next to the river. The staff is nice and they keep the property clean. The breakfast was great!! Would definitely stay here again!!

Very quiet location, but extremely close to the bus station and the main walking street. The pool was nice also. Enjoyed our stay!

Superbe hôtel familial. Très bien tenu.le staff est formidable, de bons conseils et tres aidant. Proche du centre de pai 5 mn à pied de la walking Street et de la gare des bus.Au bord du fleuve très calme.bon petitdejeuner.piscine très agréable. Il manque cruellement d'un frigo dans la chambre pour avoir de l'eau fraîche.

Wir waren von der guten Lage überrascht. Es liegt sehr ruhig am Fluss, innerhalb von 200m ist man aber im Trubel. Jeden Abend ist in Pai ein Straßenmarkt mit Verkaufsständen und Garküchen. Das Hotel selbst ist gepflegt und schön grün. Das Frühstück ist gut und man isst direkt mit Ausblick zum Fluss. Wir würden das Hotel wieder buchen.

Located just off the city's walking street and next to the river. Has a nice little pool and separate small little buildings per room. Internet didn't work at all!! Bugs present but quite normal in this rural setting.

Staff were very nice and helped with maps, recommendations and motor bike rentals. They informed us the area flooded recently but you couldn't tell as they do a great job with upkeep. Location was amazing, quiet and hidden down side street by river, yet only minute walk from Main Street with night market. Highly recommend. The shower did pool up in the bathroom some and maybe a drain smell. Could hear neighbors some in morning. Wifi was in and out and we only had two channels on tv, but none of this detracted from stay. Staff and Pai on motor bike was amazing.

雖然泳池比照片顯得細很多，但保持得很清潔，房間沒有雪櫃，員工很親切，黃昏時間員工會主動放蚊香放房門外，很細心，我是駕私家車，但車位只能泊一架車，超過一架車時，會比較煩，非常近walking street, 很方便，酒店前有一條有特色竹橋通往其他酒店。

Fantastic stay. Great Breakfast

We stayed in pai for only one night so all we really looked for was a clean average place . We found what we were looking for. Room was clean, bathroom was one big room with shower and toilet but did the job.
