L’emplacement , le cadre est mignon
Petit détail que j’ai gentiment préciser au monsieur de la réception , pas de bouteille d’eau même de l’eau filtré ni de verre ou gobelet , sa réponse nous ne sommes qu’un 3 étoiles , et à proximité d’evian il fallait boire l’eau du robinet 😓 la femme de ménage qui est entrée dans notre chambre à 9 H et qui nous a réveillée elle s’était trompé .

We originally booked half board, but ended up enjoying even more than we expected. Everything about our stay was fantastic, delicious food, incredibly kind staff, and a perfect spa experience. The slope being right next to the hotel made everything so convenient. A special mention as well: our friend booked just the night before, and the hotel kindly added an extra bed without any additional charge, which we really appreciated. We truly loved every moment. Honestly, we couldn’t have made a better choice. In fact, we enjoyed it so much that we’re already looking at dates for our next visit!

This hotel is superb, the location, the food the facilities, the staff made our short mini ski break so enjoyable and fun. We were a family of 3 and enjoyed everything this hotel has to offer. What a gem
Really hard to say what we didn’t like, the boot room could do with heated warmers and you have to access it by walking outside the hotel so bring sliders for the walk. Spa towels we were charged to use, so bring your own if you don’t want to pay for using the hotels
