Great location near many restaurants and the Cho Ben Thanh market. My usual place to stay if I ever am in HCMC
The room is dusty on shell, table, clothe hangers, TV.
Room is clean. Air Con took abit of time to cool the room down but at least it does the job.
However, the pumbing did not work in the room we had booked.
They advised there are plumbing works at the moment but water should be back in about 2 hours which we thought would be perfect time to go out and grab dinner.
Returned 3 hours later still no water (we believe it is only our room as the hotel was fully booked)...
The receptionist staff was great, calling around trying to figure out what happened. In the end, he didnt have an answer for us. But instead he has organised to move us to another hotel (same chain) just a block down the road.
The receptionist waited for us to pack and personally took us down carrying our luggage in the pouring rain (while we used the umbrella he gave us).
The replacement room was ok. It did the job. There was running water, but the drainage for the shower is questionable.
Hey... At least the bed was comfortable and air-con was great.
Receptionist unfriendly and impolite
Towels too bad
Convenient
Sink would not drain.
Average.
No anti slip surface is the shower.
Convenient location- 10 to 20 minutes walk to most local interests.
Short walking distance to Ben Thanh market and nearby other shops and foods places.
What I didn’t like is that my room next to the elevator so it’s very noisy at all times. Also kids screaming in the hallways and dog barking every morning.
The toilet flush in Room 701 was weak, I need to flush few times. There room is too dim and bed mattress is not springy. furthermore, we were charged additional 3% for using Credit card payment
Located in District One which makes it centeral to most tourist areas. I cannot speak more highly of the staff that were helpful in all situations even if we used Google translate to communicate. Rooms were clean enough with effective air-conditioning and a lift to the 9th floor. There are many fabulous eateries within meters and a large market close by. This is definitely a budget hotel where general room maintenance is severely lacking. I would still recommend this hotel if on a restricted budget.
Nothing would never stay there bunch of thieves
Hotel was okay. It is in prime location near lots of restaurants and only a 2 minute walk to the market. Although some things around the hotel seemed to be a little dated and could use an upgrade. This hotel is also located on a very busy street, so it was difficult to adjust to noise traffic when falling asleep. But overall our stay was pleasant. Staff was very helpful especially the bellboy. He helped us carry our bags all the way to our taxi and waited until it had arrived.
Convenient and nice hotel in Q1 close to Bến Thành market and very helful staffs
An average hotel in a very convenient location.
Pros: Friendly staff, incredibly convenient location, spacious room, comfortable bed.
Cons: a few things broken or in poor condition, generally clean but nothing flash about the place.
Great to just park yourself in a good spot for a great price! Room : Superior Double
Property is located near Ben Thanh Market so it was convenient to take the local bus from the airport (short walk from the domestic terminal to bus station/signage in English) to the city center and then walk less than 1/2 kilometer to the hotel.
Front desk person was friendly and I had a quick check-in process.
Room was clean, in room safe, no window to the outside, separate shower from toilet area w/rainfall showerhead.
Usually hotels that I have stayed in throughout Vietnam have 2 free bottles of water in the room for guests and/or packets of tea w/cups and spoon and ability to boil water quickly but I didn't see any in my room.
The rooms looked nothing like what was online. The bed was absolutely horrible! And pieces of the walls and floors for falling apart
No elevator at the top floor we 've to climb staircase for our 3 days stay in which we already pzid for it.
Very poor housekepping gabbage bin we lrft outside our for 24 hours or more.
Toilet flooded in the middle of tbe night after i shower.
Aircon nort working well it goes off without any sign.
Location was excellent restzurant almost everry corner of yhe street.
